Izzy approached her in the shower to psst-psst, and then Felicia joined to gripe about Cameron not having picked up his suitcase or packed yet. They said he's too confident, and Felicia added "he's so fuckin confident it makes me sick." Then Cirie went to get her coffee or a morning snack and Hisam moved in on her, griping about Red. Hisam said he'd been having a late get-to-know-you convo with Mecole last night since they hadn't really chatted yet. He told Cirie he didn't want to go out without having done that, and said "what's happening is happening" (meaning his impending eviction I assume, or at least the possibility), and Red had scolded them for being too loud, "jarring him from his sleep." Later this morning, Red apologized to Hisam for that.Cameron not packing continued to simmer until Felicia whispered to Cirie and Izzy "part of me says send Cameron home, fuck him!" She added that he and Red might be wanting to blindside them, and "Jag and Blue could be playing our ass." They brought in Mecole, and yet another round robin about flipping the vote happened. They brought it to Cory who talked them off the ledge again, saying Cameron has said repeatedly he doesn't really bother packing, he just throws everything in his bag at the last minute. True, but Cory wants Hisam gone in a major way, and he's learned which points are effective for Izzy in particular, and he knows how to present them. So another flip was called off - which doesn't mean it won't come up again before they greet Julie. Cory and Izzy continued to discuss and assess everything, and the subject of America came up. Cory said she was aware of being number seven in the latest seven-person alliance, and she'd also gotten a little annoyed at Cory for not letting her know he knew about it. If you missed it, the legendary Pressure Cooker comp "with a Scaryverse twist" will be on feeds tonight after the show! GET THEM! On the show, Julie teased another possible vote flip that didn't happen, and Hisam was evicted 11-0. He wasn't surprised and he went out in good spirits with a big smile, and he laughed his trademark laugh several times talking with Julie. The Scaryverse alarm went off and they and we saw a short Kaysar video announcing the return of the Pressure Cooker comp that ran 14 hours on BB6. And Julie announced a viewer vote (which they're still calling America's Vote for added confusion), this one from Comicverse. The top four vote-getters will secretly compete and the winner will get the Power of Invincibility. That person can save the evicted hamster at one of the next two evictions (if they choose to), including themselves. Revenge of the Pressure Cooker was from Scaryverse, inside a box in the yard, with the dozen players arranged in a circle. Julie told them and us the rules: keep their button pressed; no sitting or kneeling but squatting was okay; no bathroom breaks; and they had to leave the box in threes (like the original). Outs had to take a numbered card according to the order they went out that could have something good or bad. Felicia had to stay in the house where she puttered around clearing up, checking the grocery delivery, snacking, cheering on Cirie and Izzy, For Real For Real and Seven Deadly Sins, and eventually snoring until BB nudged her awake again. Julie's official start time was 6.58pm and everyone hung in there for over an hour, much of it in silence and darkness. Both Jared and Cirie were out behind a WBRB around 8.20pm but they had to wait for a third drop before they could leave. Jared was out first, followed by Cirie who got a six pack of beer. Jared had some of that and eventually had to pee. Cold blasts of air hit the competitors periodically, and a container of snakes in the middle of the circle was revealed. Both Bowie and Izzy danced around a lot, and only a few conversations were held amidst the silence. Izzy's dancing caused her to let go at 10.55pm, just shy of four hours. The Fields family headed inside where a heated round of coulda/woulda/shoulda broke out regarding Hisam and everything else, Izzy beat herself up for dropping, and Cirie let Jared have it for not sharing everything he should have been sharing. Meanwhile the pressure cookers got a few rounds of flashing lights, cold air blasts, and death metal. Jared must have gone to bed, or maybe a lengthy Diary, and the other house hamsters had a lengthy bash session mostly about Blue, Bowie, Red, Cameron. Some of the competitors chatted periodically, and named the snakes, and some of them remained silent. Just shy of seven hours, Matt peed. Cirie, Felicia, Izzy carried on a running commentary which alternated between funny and bitchy and back again. The nine still standing at 2.30am alternated between bopping to their periodic metal anthem and silence, and fidgeting. They passed BB8 Dick vs Zach hold a key in the rain at 7.5 hours to grab the third longest BB USA spot (behind BB5 Diane/Jase hold a button 9.5 hours and BB6 Pressue Cooker 14 hours), and there were still nine in it. I tapped out at 3am, and will catch up tomorrow - maybe they'll still be going? I'm surprised they've gone this long, and especially for a pre-jury HOH. And/or to watch prior BB USA, Canada, Australia seasons, plus a ton of other shows and movies as well. Day 24 - Friday - August 25, 2023Catching up, the HOH comp came down to America and Cameron, and she let go at 8.49am, with a safety deal from Cameron. That made this the second longest BB USA comp ever, but times were within minutes and the actual end of BB6 Pressure Cooker wasn't actually on feeds, so they're virtually tied for length at approx 14 hours each. Mecole was third and will get dinner with three hamsters of her choice at some point. Other prizes included $1,000 for Blue, a home theater system and one year P+ subscription for Red (callback to Janelle's Netflix), and Bowie got a pressure cooker? Those are now called instant pots, and I'm curious if hers will come from SharkNinja who were one of the many ubiquitous sponsors for the most recent Canada season. Lesser "prizes" included a box of flies for Matt (which were dead, maybe from cold), a stink was released into the room for Jag Chicken, and Cory was made Have-not, and had to pick two others for that. Bowie and Izzy volunteered. They can have PB&J this week. Most of them napped but Cameron told everyone who wandered by that he couldn't sleep. Various of them congratulated and shmoozed him as they waited. He had a lengthy chat with Bowie (in a conspiratorial tone on both sides in my opinion), and he told her Jag Chicken was his target. He said he'd put up Blue with him and if one comes off, he'd put up someone everybody likes to ensure either Jag Chicken or Blue goes. Later in a similar chat with Cirie, Cameron said she'll be safe, adding "you're my boo." Naturally everyone started buzzing, including Blue telling Jag Chicken "there is a way to get out of this, we just need to figure it out." Cameron did the WHO WANTS TO SEE holler with less volume than usual, and he said he was in no hurry, he'd wait for everyone to be awake and coffeed up. It wasn't long until they were and they all trooped up to ooh and ahh at the pics of Cameron's daughter Stevie and all his goodies. His booze was Snoop Dogg wine he's apparently been mentioning a lot, and his music was Eagles. He choked up reading his letter from Stevie, and half-jokingly told everyone to "get the hell outta here," which they did after lining up for hugs. Cameron broke down in sobs. Cory told America his brother was on Survivor. Pre-nom meetings kicked off with Izzy asking Cameron what he was thinking, and he said "the thinking is done," adding they'd all decide on renom together later if needed. Jag Chicken was next and he knew he'd be going up. Cameron relapsed into his BB Expert tone, rattling off season convos, events, and Reasons, and he told Jag Chicken to fight for veto. He told Blue basically the same, along with everyone else. Cory told Cameron that Izzy had tried to initiate a flip yesterday, which kicked off because Cameron hadn't bothered to pack. That part stunned Cameron, and Cory said he'd told them Cameron hadn't packed the week before either, he just threw stuff in a bag last minute. (I could be wrong but I believe it was Felicia who first started ranting about Cameron not packing. But Izzy ran with it, like she does.) Cameron and Red finally met and Cameron repeated he wanted to "keep it sane this week," and that America was safe no matter what, and if a renom is needed they'll come together as a group to decide. But the two of them also implied Izzy would be a good renom choice, and Red said she'd be his pick to go. Blue told Jared, with tears, "the worst case scenario is if Jag wins, and I hate saying that." Cory then promised Jared that America would vote with them. Cameron nominated Blue and Jag Chicken, as planned. Everyone had been told previously but they broke off into various rotating combos of twos and threes anyway, like they do, to rehash, plan ahead, discuss Houseguest Choice options, and speculate about the veto. Red pushed for Izzy as renom to Cameron, who said he didn't know yet. (Izzy had caught wind of that plan as a possibility earlier, and reacted accordingly.) Red told Cameron that Cirie's his number one in there, that he can tell her anything and be confident she won't retell to anyone. On top of Cameron telling Cirie this morning she's his boo, it's all getting a bit surreal, and triply so after hearing Cirie bashing both Cameron and Red last night. Felicia and Izzy each wondered/worried to Cirie about this week's vote and whether For Real For Real was truly solid. Cirie humored them both and also joined in, and she stressed they all needed to keep reinforcing their six, which she then corrected to their seven. Even they can't keep all the alliances straight. Matt went into rabid gamer squirrel mode and swore Cirie to secrecy to tell her America told him she'd made a deal with Cameron to form an alliance to include America, Cameron, Bowie, Cory, Matt, Red. Matt offered to be a double agent to keep Cirie up to date. Matt then checked in with Red, and Izzy told America about Legend 25 along with various other iterations of the alliance soup they're all bobbing around in. Jag Chicken was told he'd lose the chicken tonight and he said if they call him at midnight for that, he'd just sleep through it and ditch the suit later. They're that tired. The yard opened and the laundry machines were fixed so many made a run for them. Red pushed his anti-Izzy agenda a little more to Cameron in the hammock, and Cameron asked if Red had told anyone about that. Red said no, then added "I kinda let Matt know." It's funny but ridiculous how they all make so many complex plans every hour, and everyone knows about them all by the next hour. Izzy asked Red over foosball if she thought there was any scenario where Cameron might use one of their group as a pawn? Red sputtered a second, then said maybe Jared, Cory, or America (even though Cameron told everyone he wouldn't put up America this week). Jag Chicken was relieved of his chicken suit. That was behind WBRB screens so if there was any fanfare about it, it was withheld from us. Red reported his Izzy chat to Cameron, and he said "just put me up" as renom pawn if needed. Yep, he did. And Red later told Cirie he'd made that offer, and he worked his anti-Izzy campaign a little with her. Most of them hung out in the backyard after dinner chatting, gossiping, strategizing, rehashing. Jared got a "stop that" from BB for covering his mic while whispering with Blue, and everyone whooped and hollered. Jared and Cirie had a check-in we didn't hear a lot of, but we did hear him tell her that Blue had confessed her job-lie to him, and she was really a brand strategist rather than an Instagram influencer. Felicia needed a lift assist after sitting on the ground by the hammock for awhile. Bowie tried(?) to help her get up but she just flapped Felicia's arms, and Izzy stepped in to help Felicia up. We may hear later that Bowie tried to kill Felicia or something - stay tuned. When 10pm finally rolled around, most of them headed for bed, finally.
