Naturally that set off another round of panic and chaos, much of it led by Izzy izzying to her crew about being the potential renom. (I didn't follow that because I'm practicing self-care today.) Others did the same in various twos and threes, and Unreliables America/Cody/Jag added some of their ongoing losers shtick to their version. Bowie asked Cameron (with Izzy, Mecole, Felicia present) about renom plans because she "forgot to ask" and he repeated the same thing he'd been saying all along: hopefully noms stay the same but if not, they'd decide together. (Earlier Cameron made some noises about starting a war if the veto's used.) Apparently they got an overabundance of peanut butter delivered for Have-nots so Red worked on making a chocolate peanut butter pie, and he provided commentary about that for whoever wandered by.Feeds were down from 1.10pm to 6pm for the veto comp, which Red won. It was individually timed, a race to find and grab items or letters and assemble a puzzle and/or spell out GOLDEN. Red did it in 2:20, and Jag was only 21 seconds behind for second place. Cameron said he misspelled GOLDEN on his first attempt, and he forgot to hit his buzzer once. Red tried to pick up his anti-Izzy campaign again to Cameron by saying neither of them would have her jury vote at the end, but he said he wanted Legend 25 to hold together til jury phase. Cameron said he loved the name but didn't want to be in it anymore, he'd rather they lock something down with Bowie and Matt. Both of them stressed how much they love and trust Cirie. Cameron said he had one question he wanted to ask her: why is everyone so nervous? And he told Red that everyone told him last week he had their vote and they loved him, but once he got the HOH key nobody wanted to talk with him. America, Cirie, Felicia met to assess the situation and Bowie joined to ask what they're going to do. Felicia pointed at her and asked what did she want to do? Bowie basically said whatever everyone else wants. Blue was upset, Jag was upset but shifted to joking, and America was upset along with them. A plan was made for Jag and Blue to go to the hammock when the yard opens and everyone would come over to them to console them but that would just be a cover for a Seven Deadly Sins meeting to find a solution to their dilemma. America told Izzy she didn't think the veto would be used, but Izzy's paranoia was kicking in and she said "I don't want to go on the block." Cirie later pulled Izzy aside to tell her to chill, and "it's not good to show the disdain you have for [Cameron] every time he breathes." Cirie also said Red had told her last night that Cory tells Cameron everything. Cory asked Jared for the truth about how sketchy their alliance thinks America is, and Jared said everything's fine on that score. He also said Blue had a problem with America, and that he'd gotten annoyed with Blue because she was trying to get Bowie on the block. Both agreed Blue was not good at BB, and that Izzy needed to settle down because they all had to make sure Cameron didn't feel uncomfortable. Cirie, Bowie, Felicia, Izzy, Mecole, Matt, Red, Cameron had a Legend 25 meeting in HOH. Red said Jag's the target, and it wouldn't make sense for him to take down him or Blue which would just cause Cameron to have to put up someone else. Everyone agreed the other side would keep trying and Cameron said it'll be awkward until the veto meeting. Someone said Mecole's name had been floated as a possible renom, and Felicia said "well, actually Meme or Bowie Jane." (Felicia's one-way feud with Bowie is turning out to be a fun side game.) Red said "the solidarity of Legend 25 has to remain strong" at least til jury. Afterwards Felicia wondered to Cirie how much Cameron and Red knew about everything and Cirie said "stop, the same way we know everything, they know everything." And she said "I never played with people this stupid that tell everything" and Felicia said "EVERYTHING!" It's true. Felicia told Cirie that the idea of Mecole or Bowie as renom came from Blue suggesting that idea to Jared. Felicia said "75 more days of some bullllshit!" Exactly. I think Cirie had a quick word with Jared but I'm pretty sure they'll follow up later. Izzy continued izzying, meeting with Jared in the gym for a long talk. Both were frustrated with the state of things but they kind of talked each other down a little. Jared said he was having problems playing the game with and around his mom, because they didn't always see eye to eye on game decisions and he was learning to work with that. One feed for that convo was a "mirror chat" angle which is always fun. Cory told Felicia Jag's entire pitch was that he's a strong competitor and will fight for whoever keeps him, and Cirie said that's the reason he's going home, "they don't want to compete against you, you idiot." Jared and Blue rehashed recent events and things got a bit tense. He said she had to back off trying to save Jag because it wasn't going to happen and she was just stirring up problems. They got past the tension and were laughing again, and talking about the comp. Jag gave a full campaign pitch to Matt and Izzy, and it's only Saturday. After Izzy left, Jag told Matt a whole lot of whispery stuff, including that Jared was playing both sides, and was pulling Cory closer to him. Then Jag had another meeting with Izzy, which included telling her that America told him about Seven Deadly Sins, which Cory had told her about after learning about it from Jared. Jag later met with Cirie and Izzy, to repeat the same. Felicia and Mecole also had a check-in to compare info. Throughout most of those convos, both America's and Cory's names had already come up periodically as being confusing as far as loyalties, and/or potentially sketchy. A group game of paper airplanes broke out at one point, Red's peanut butter pie was a hit, and the dumb ass-kicking machine in Have-not had been repaired and was back in service. Jag then told the whole thing again to Cirie, and Izzy joined. Jag left, and Cirie, Izzy, Felicia, Mecole met and agreed to evict Blue and keep Jag in hopes of having his comp skills work in their favor. They said they'd have Matt's vote, as well as Jared's, but they won't tell Jared until the last minute. (Even then he probably won't want to evict Blue.) And they agreed not to tell anyone, of course, especially Cameron and Red. Cirie, Izzy, Felicia reaffirmed all that with Jag. Meanwhile Cory questioned America about having spilled, and she said she'd told Jag it wasn't looking good for him and she didn't want him to be blindsided. Cory was irritated and pressed for details. America said she thought she could trust Jag but "he's such a fucking snake." (He's on the block, so she shouldn't have been surprised he used what he had.) America told Cory she felt bad, and added "I'm the Victoria, you're the Cody." Cory worked out a story to tell, which he told Izzy. Jag pitched to Cameron who said he expects a 5-5 split. Red and Izzy had a get-to-know-you affirmation chat where Red stressed how pleased he was that their group was solid, "we have the numbers." Cameron opened his wine and shared with Red, America, Cory. Bowie attended that party too but said "I can't drink it because I'm on slop, that was a big mistake." Red brought a cup of wine downstairs to Cirie, who was whispering with Izzy, who couldn't have any either. Jared talked about post-show opportunities with Blue and Jag. Cirie told Red that Izzy had told her about that convo, and said she was pleased that Red seemed more accepting of her. Red and Cirie whispered about a lot, and Bowie came in frustrated that she was on the less comfortable cheese bed and Cory and Izzy weren't going to bed so BB wouldn't turn off the lights. She said that was selfish, and she complained that Izzy was always sniping at her, "she's mean!" Remember, whoever's evicted this week may boomerang right back in, depending who ends up with the Invincibility power and what they decide to do with it. Feeds cut to them as he said "that's my mom" and apparently he let Blue think he's Felicia's son. Blue didn't have a huge reaction and asked him things like why tell her now, and how would that affect her? She tried to get him to pinkyswear about it but he didn't offer up his pinky, saying "believe me or not." And then a couple hours later, Jared was cleaning up their nest area. I wasn't going to add that to the sex events tally below because feeds weren't on them before that, and there was no confirmation it was a sexytime cleanup, but later on they made it clear they did do something, and Jared wasn't just cleaning up a spilled drink. On the surface, it was a typical Sunday morning with hamsters roaming around, chatting, working out, enjoying the yard. Everything seemed relatively relaxed, but it also felt like a powder keg ready to blow. We've got America and Cory in hot water for saying too much, another blindside in the works with Cirie and friends secretly planning to save Jag, and Jared outing his secret to Blue, at least in part. Jag congratulated Red for his veto win but didn't really make a pitch, saying he didn't expect Red to use his veto, and Red pretty much confirmed he wouldn't. Blue sat by Jared's moms to eat her lunch, and ask about dinner plans (pork chops), and she offered to help if they needed it. Feeds went to adoptable anipals at 12.25pm for a short time for Mecole to announce her dinner guests. She chose America, Cirie, Felicia, and that will happen tonight. America and Izzy sat down on the (cleaned) canoodling nest for a chat/rehash that started with America retelling last night's wine party, and she said Bowie had been annoyed with her (Izzy). Cory joined, which I thought was oversight/damage control at first but he was making rounds with the selfie camera. Blue lingered longer with Cirie and Felicia, making small talk and/or fishing for clues, bringing up things like family names for grandparents. Cirie and Jared had a check-in, where she told him not to trust Cory, and that Blue might be going home. Jared said "good bye Blue" but then said it wouldn't be good for him since she's his plus-one, and he wasn't pleased that Izzy, Felicia, Mecole wanted to keep that news from him until the last minute. He said they'd lost his trust after he'd wanted to stick with them, adding "that's done for me." Afterwards Cirie told herself/us "he's so stupid, you think Blue is your savior? Come on." Cirie and Izzy had a check-in, where Cirie said "I think Bowie's being brainwashed by these idiots," and Izzy said Bowie wouldn't engage with her at all today. And she asked Cirie if her (Izzy's) social skills were that bad? Cirie said she was fine, "you're quirky - you know how you are" and she said Red's a character, Izzy's a character, and "you're your own character, you're no fuckin different than Red." Cirie busted out laughing as soon as she said that, adding "I mean, a little different." Izzy brought up something that had upset or offended Red early on but it was just a joke, and Cirie pointed out it would have upset or offended Izzy if it had been the other way around. Izzy later apologized aloud to girlfriend Paige, adding that she hates them (Red and Cameron), they judged her on first impressions, and she wanted them to know they're not special. Felicia told Mecole her reasons for dinner picks were good, and Mecole said she'd been undecided between America and Matt, but she didn't have any justification for Matt, so she picked America because she'd stood there in the comp all night and got nothing. Cirie and Felicia were picked because they both cook and clean up, and do so much for everyone all the time. Jared asked Blue how she'd feel if he gives a birthday shoutout to his girl at home, and Blue said she'd feel bad for that person. Jared asked why, and said "we just see things different." Red and Cameron had a marathon gametalk in HOH, with Red saying he'd been laying groundwork for the two of them, Bowie, Matt, Cirie to team up later in the game. He'd mentioned this hope before, but adding Cirie was new. Red retold Bowie's upset last night about Izzy and Cory not going to bed so she couldn't either, and at the same time Bowie and Izzy kind of hashed that out with apologies on both sides. Red and Cameron's anti-Izzy feelings and plans built up some more. Felicia told Cirie and Izzy that Bowie was obsessed about Jared and Blue always cuddled up under blankets, when she hadn't cared about Matt and Reilly being cozy. Felicia said "what do you care?!" about Bowie. Cirie may have also cared a bit, but she didn't let on. Mecole, America, Cirie, Felicia got dressed up and went out to the yard for their presumably fancy dinner. Have-nots Bowie, Cory, Izzy made themselves scarce. Izzy and Cory started a gametalk but that was withheld from us. The rest of them had steak dinner by Red, Cameron, Blue and they ate in silence for some of it - either because it was so good (most of them said it was) or because there were too many layers of awkward potential to deal with. Maybe a combination of both. Afterwards, Matt and Jared plus Blue talked movies but neither had seen many the other had, and they couldn't think of a lot of titles, but Matt and Jared finally found common ground with Misery. Red and Cameron talked some game with Izzy which was fake but cordial on both sides, and they chatted some general topics amiably as they waited for cookies to bake. Over bumper pool, Cory was talking about some various twists of the past. Bowie asked what's something they could do now to really shake things up? Cory said coup d'etat, and Cameron said "coup d'etat would fuck everything." Yeah, about that.. The ladies returned from their dinner - also steaks, but with a lot more fixings plus wine - and there was suddenly a whole lot of loud laughing and yelling, some of it about teasing Cory about America, and most of it because of the wine. Izzy reported to Cirie that she'd talked with Cory and retold some of that convo, but it came across as a kid telling mom what happened when she'd gone out for a break, and what the babysitter said. Cirie said they'd decided at dinner the BB25 Hot Mess Express would travel around to everyone's upcoming life events. America and Cory settled into flirting on Blue and Jared's canoodling nest (it was clean), but then moved to the suspended bed in Have-not. They talked about not kissing and "nothing's happening" and America told Cory at one point to "have a good night, I'll give you some lotion." Several downstairs joked(?) about throwing some condoms into Have-not, but Felicia went looking where she'd seen them and said they were gone. Some were eventually found and Izzy delivered them with a quickness. Blue and Jared settled into chatting and flirting in the scary/asylum room, and made plans for sexytime later. Jag campaigned to Mecole for a long time, but didn't get any definitive answers. As of now, it's unlikely Red will use his veto tomorrow, but we'll see what happens.
