Angela, Chelsie, T'kor will play today along with Leah, Kimo, Rubina, and Cam will host. Kimo perked up again this morning after blanketing last night, and they sang Happy Birthday to him even though his birthday isn't til Tuesday. All of them were perkier than they were yesterday but that could have been veto anticipation, and they might go back to boredom and ennui later. I was surprised and pleased to learn the coin-op mechanical horsie rides are functional. Cam took a ride saying it was relaxing, and that there was "no pressure on his netherloins." He named the horsie Ghost Pepper. Later Kimo also took a ride and renamed it Steve.Feeds were down from around noon until a little after 2pm for the veto comp. There was a ball of confusion for some time as Leah was wearing a janky veto necklace so most of us assumed she'd won. But no. It turned out Angela won the actual veto. It sounds like Leah has to decide whether to use hers or not first, before Angela's regular veto, but there may be a task or random chance something: they don't know yet. Today was a puzzle comp and that's all I got on that. (They should have used the booth games if you ask me, since so many veto comps are loose interpretations of them anyway, but they didn't ask me.) Jankie kept the hamsters busy for some time afterwards with mandatory ice cream parties, pizza parties, dance parties, and singalongs. There was zero gametalk all afternoon, but most of them adopted stuffed animals, and they talked and danced them between the party signals, and then they started bringing them to the parties. Feeds leaked a quick peek inside to show the middle-sized table had been delivered, but none of the final eight could use it yet, obviously. Kimo wrote another BB26 song with help from the rest of them, and a few gametalks started up in pairs eventually. T'kor and Rubina sat down to discuss scenarios of what might happen as everyone else napped, and T'kor and Chelsie talked anti-Angela, but that's irrevelant this week other than Angela keeps them irritated. Later everyone sang Happy Birthday to Angela's grandchild Levi who turns four years old today. They did some more parties-on-command and socialized here and there before starting to drop one by one. Leah and Kimo talked general topics plus silliness for an hour or so, which might have been subtle campaigning on his part, or he might have just been talking general topics plus silliness, it's hard to say. All were asleep by 10.30pm except T'kor, who sat up on her cot for awhile, thinking. Around 11.30pm they were all up again for another pizza party and dance party. T'kor told Rubina they might need to let Kimo go this week, and move forward with the all-women final six plan. One-on-ones about the veto(s) could happen tomorrow. Day 62 - Sunday - September 15, 2024The new day in Jankie World brought some early morning light rain/drizzle. They had theme park type plastic ponchos, and luckily it didn't last long. They had their morning pizza, Cam rode his horsie ride, Leah wore her toy tiara, and they sat around talking general conversation all morning, with lots of airplane noise, fishies, and no gametalk. Makensy said she'd do a water cleanse today because of all the junk food (hunger strike?). She laid on Leah's lap for awhile, and later Chelsie curled up next to Leah. Whether those were passive, subtle, or janky campaign strategies or just hanging out, I don't know. It came out that Leah got the janky veto for coming in second in the veto comp. Chelsie started taking duckies out of the pool and tossing them into a pile, then upped that project by scooping them out in mass quantities with one of the floaties. Some out here thought she was counting them but the scooping would have messed that up. Anyway I think Chelsie counted most of the Jankie World items the first day, and she did it far more subtly than this.Leah announced she'd hold meetings with anyone who wanted one, and they all agreed to do that later when the shadows hit the yard. But they realized it was cool enough on the balcony so Kimo met with her first. Shocker, I know. He laid out the script T'kor gave him well, saying he wasn't a threat, he wants to stay, and he can be good for Leah's game. Leah said she was still undecided about what she'll do, but said she felt she can mend things with him and Rubina after nominating then, while that might not be the case with some others. Names were eventually named and tied together as a trio: Chelsie, Cam, Makensy. Leah said Chelsie and Cam lied to her and Quinn last week, and also that she'd heard she'd been a renom option for both Chelsie's and T'kor's HOH weeks, and she implied she felt safer with T'kor than Chelsie. Kimo joined Makensy in referring to mental comps as "intellectual comps." (This as they're living inside a carnival with mandatory song and dance parties: there is nothing intellectual about this show.) Another meeting came along a few hours later: Kimo again(!) met with Angela, who heavily implied she'll be using her veto to save him. They got a delivery of cupcakes, soda, and juice for Kimo's birthday (Tuesday) along with a janky birthday card written in crayon, and they all toasted to him with soda. One-on-ones picked up again in the evening with both Angela and Leah. Cam told Leah he thinks Chelsie/Makensy/Leah are a trio that he's outside of, Chelsie and Leah agreed T'kor is dangerous and could win the game if she gets there, Leah said she'd like an F3 with Chelsie/Makensy, and Angela said she'd like an F5 with Cam/Chelsie/Leah/Makensy. Angela and Leah finally met, most of which was during the episode, but it sounded like the preliminary plan is for Angela to use her veto on Kimo, Leah would put up T'kor in his place, and she wouldn't use her janky veto. That isn't set in stone yet though. Several one-on-ones were held on the floor inside the KNOCK EM DOWN booth. It's a comedy show. Leah and T'kor finally met in the KNOCK EM DOWN booth and Leah strongly hinted T'kor might go up as renom "if" Angela uses her veto, but assured her she didn't see any way T'kor would be evicted if that happens. T'kor didn't say much at all, aside from her usual "mm-hmm." Leah and Angela then met again, and Leah was second-guessing Angela using her veto. They went back and forth, and rehashed prior weeks, and ended up back where they started, with Angela planning to use her veto on Kimo, and Leah putting up T'kor as renom. If Leah has any plans she's keeping to herself about her janky veto, we'll find out eventually, likely after tomorrow's veto meeting. Angela said she was "reminded and asked" [by Diary] if the two of them had named their F2, and she said she told them "we don't need a silly name." But we know the show likes their hamsters to name their alliances, so they agreed on the Lorraines, their shared middle name. Kimo, Rubina, T'kor commiserated about their looming predicament, and cried, and laughed, and were joined by Chelsie and Makensy for a five-way cuddle huddle before everyone was called to the dance floor for a few more rounds of Jankie Dance Party.
