Cirie asked Izzy Piggie if Big Brother is always "like this" meaning all the waffling and constantly shifting loyalties. Izzy Piggie said not always. (I don't think it's ever been quite like this, not 40-plus days in anyway.) Cory checked in with them to report he and Matt were solid for keeping Izzy, adding "America's not as solid." Cirie later told Izzy Piggie that America had to go soon "because they're kissing now." They did a little more than that last night, including some missionary-style grinding. A few minutes after that, Matt got a signal to take a selfie with Cardboard Josh "in every room of the house."Cameron and Izzy Piggies were called to Diary together and Izzy went in with a little piggie dance and shake of her piggie tail. It was quick, maybe an extra soundbite was needed about their dirt walk task. Jag and Jared had a lengthy talk which I didn't listen to, other than hearing Jag say he hoped America or Bowie don't win HOH because he thought they were with Cameron now, and he said America doesn't trust him (Jag) anymore. Cameron Piggie condescendingly pitched to Cory the idea of working with him, America, Bowie, and maybe Jag or Matt, saying his (Cory's) relationship with Jared had deteriorated over the past two weeks, and "me, you, America, we're the three everyone wants to take down," and Cory said "add a little Bowie Jane." Cory paced in place the entire time, and one camera angle made it look like he was trying to become invisible. Cory immediately reported that pitch to Cirie and Izzy Piggie. Campaigning, loyalty shuffling, and rehashing raged on, and will continue to do so. I hope to gloss over most of it because it's just too much, but I'll try to pick up "important" bits here - and I use that word very loosely - along with amusing items that will hopefully come along. Cameron Piggie gave his anti-Izzy/anti-Cirie pitch to Jag. Jag seemed stunned and was speechless for much of it. Cameron made a lot of valid points and explained the house dynamic along with the various vote flips relatively accurately, if incomplete due to his own ignorance about a lot of it, but the arrogant, overbearing, condescending way he explains this stuff worked against him again, and he failed to sway Jag. Izzy Piggie had been sent up to rescue Jag at one point. Cameron Piggie told her he wanted more time with Jag, and then he told Jag she was "shitting her pants because you're talking to me.. they knew you were missing, they sent her." True, but they also knew exactly what Cameron was up to. Afterwards he chomped on snacks and watched his TV in his piggie jammies, like a kid home from school. Izzy Piggie reported that Jag was laying down, implying he was comfortable up there and maybe in cahoots with Cameron Piggie, but I think he was just overwhelmed by it all. Jag later told Cirie, Blue, Matt, Blue that he was on board to keep Izzy, and Cirie said she didn't want Felicia to be blindsided, and they agreed to warn her before the show. Cirie added that she thought Felicia may already suspect she's going. Cirie told Izzy Piggie she'd wanted to say "Felicia you're talking shit to me about my son, Felicia he may be like your son but he is actually my son" about Felicia trashing Jared to her at some point, which would have been fun to see. Cory hid for real, behind the cartoon fist sculpture under the stairs, as people went in and out of the bathroom. He psst-pssted to America to say he was there, and that it was his naptime spot since no cameras could see him there. What he didn't realize was there were two feeds on him under there for several minutes before and after he said that. Cirie had a nice chat with Bowie, likely pointless on both sides, but she put in the time and effort there, which is more than can be said for many of them. Bowie said she wanted to "vote with the house," Cirie told her she thought Izzy would stay this week, and said she'd let Bowie know if that changes. Bowie said she'd do the same but doubted she'd hear anything before Cirie, and Cirie said they'll talk more about maybe working together again going forward when everything's finalized. Bowie had a followup with Cameron Piggie, who said they should distance themselves somewhat since people were noticing them talking a lot lately. Jared did a goodwill getaround tour, possibly under orders from Cirie, holding rehash convos with America and Bowie, and a check-in with Felicia. Bowie went to Cirie and said after speaking with Jared, she thought Cameron might be trying to make her "part of the crime," adding "get me the fuck out of here" when Cirie agreed. Cory told America he figured the votes would be them, Jag, Matt, maybe Bowie and maybe Mecole to evict Izzy. America said Bowie and Mecole were locked in, which would be 6-3 to evict Izzy. (I think it's more like 6-3 to evict Felicia at this point, with the three being America, Bowie, Mecole.) Cory told her about Cameron's plan to act angry with Jared about not using veto because Blue would be the renom, and he said Cameron planned to blame Cory for that story. They went back and forth for awhile, with Cory's heartbeat loud in America's mic, and fluctuating a lot. "Dinner" was salsa soup or something, I don't even know, but Cameron Piggie taste-tested various things. He got a fridge full of food but I don't think he's had any actual meals this week, when he was the only one who could. Felicia kept reeling off grocery orders for Mister B for tomorrow night's feast, saying the pantry better be restocked in the morning. Cory told Izzy Piggie he expected her to stay on a 5-4 vote. Cameron Piggie met with Matt and asked if he ever wondered why he got the invite to Legend 25 and not Jared, saying he figured it was intentional so Jared could work the other side (accurate). And he said he saw the way forward as "me, you, Bowie, Cory, America, Jag" and he told Matt to just keep doing what he's been doing. Once again, Cameron Piggie delivered all that in his condescending and arrogant tone which is not a good way to win people over, not to mention being weeks too late, since Cirie pulled in Matt ages ago (and Cory too, for the time being at least). Matt once again did an excellent job of playing along, and immediately did exactly what Cameron Piggie suggested: he and Cardboard Josh reported that talk and alliance pitch to Cirie and Izzy Piggie. Cameron Piggie also made a boot-Izzy pitch to Blue, and I think he was referring to finals votes when he said "the cool Tik-Tokker that's already got followers does not beat the struggling musician that's been busking in New York." That was not only a slam to buskers, but of course to Izzy who's got legit cred as a highly accomplished flutist, including a New York Times quote calling her "excellent." That's pretty much the pinnacle for classical and experimental musicians. Matt told America he was planning to vote to keep Izzy, and said Cory and Jag were also leaning that way, and said he'd told her because he didn't want her to be left out of the loop or the wrong side of the vote. Cirie and Izzy Piggie wondered why Cameron Piggie suddenly distrusted Jared and who leaked what, and they wondered if Jared had been slipping up. Cirie said something about America and Cory kissing and canoodling, implying she had some distrust building towards either or both of them. It was the second or third time I'd heard her mention that. Jag griped to Jared and Blue about Cameron Piggie telling different stories to different people, and trying to drive wedges between people, adding "dude, makes me sick." That was the first time I heard Jag say anything negative and personal about someone, and he said it emphatically. Jag told Felicia the group of five had "the utmost admiration for both of you" (nominees) and said they'd agreed to let them know who was leaving, but it wasn't finalized yet. Izzy Piggie asked Jag and Blue if Cameron Piggie would be able to get people to join up with him, and Jared said no, then added maybe Jag and/or America, and Mecole might go with them if so. And he said if Jag, America, Cory, Bowie joined up it could be bad for their side. Cirie and Izzy Piggie wondered how and when to tell Mecole that Felicia will be leaving, and meanwhile Mecole told Felicia she believed she had the votes to stay. Day 43 - Wednesday - September 13, 2023First, a side note that may or may not be pertinent: Cory told America about Seven Sins alliance at some point. On to morning business: Matt told Bowie that Felicia would be going, since she kept telling everyone she didn't want to be on the wrong side of the vote again, and he said the plan was to tell Felicia tonight after they feast. Jared and Matt said they'd let Cameron know Felicia was going an hour before the vote, but America told Cameron Piggie this morning. He said he didn't care, they're all dummies if they keep Izzy, and he said he was "this close" to telling Cirie today that he knew it was her who turned him and Red against each other, and he said he knew who Jared is. I'm pretty sure he meant that in a mole sense, rather than a familial sense.Cameron Piggie then told Felicia she'd be going, and he ranted his loops at her, including "my best friend in this game was turned into a monster and weaponized against me, a man that I built an entire future with outside of this game, that relationship is now over because of a game.. someone took that, turned my best friend against me." Cameron Piggie then went back to his room to watch his TV. Jared, Matt, Jag each went up there separately to hear the loops, with Cameron stressing how much he didn't care who leaves this week (while ranting anti-Izzy all the way), and that everyone was stupid if they keep Izzy. Cameron told Jag he'd wanted Jared to take Felicia off the block this week so he could renom Cirie. Jag asked why Jared didn't use his veto if that was their common goal. (Points!) Felicia approached various of them separately and in small groups, including Jag, Blue, Jared, America, Cirie, and was told Cameron was just spewing because he's Cameron, he'd lied to everyone about his noms, and she was told either things weren't settled or that she'd probably be staying. They say if you repeat something often enough people will believe it, and some of Cameron Piggie's rant finally landed with Jag. He reported to Cory and America, and they agreed to evict Izzy Piggie, with Bowie and Mecole votes making up the five needed to do so. They thought they could get Matt as well, for numbers insurance, and in the spirit of transparency Cory told them he'd competed in the power comp. America then went to Cameron Piggie to say they shouldn't say anything to Cirie and Jared, and he effectively said duh (I am paraphrasing). America said "I did fuck up a little, I told Felicia" that she wouldn't have the votes, and Cameron Piggie said he'd gone to her immediately after he and America talked earlier. Cory told the plan to Mecole in a very, very lengthy pitch and she replied "I'm down." And he said he'd had a name for the two of them as an alliance for weeks: Writers Room. She laughed at that. Izzy Piggie and Cirie each got bits and pieces of things. Izzy ranted alone in Have-not, and Cirie shmoozed Blue and Matt in the pantry - which still hadn't been restocked. Pitches and retells carried on. Jag and Cory laid everything out to Matt, including Seven Deadly Sins and Cory's Survivor brother. Jag seemed excited to be back in the game, and Cory seemed excited to have landed a (non-formalized) leadership role. Matt reported to America, who said she's still telling Izzy she's keeping her, and she said Cameron wanted to call out Cirie and Jared in public later. Cirie and Izzy Piggie shared slopcoctions, aware of the scrambling but not the specifics, but Cirie later told Mecole she thought they'd already decided. Everyone was scurrying and scrambling in various combos, but we hadn't yet seen Matt/Cirie or Jared/Cirie check-ins. However, Matt later laid out the alliance stew to Bowie and said she's laughed about behind her back, so he seemed swayed away from Cirie. Jared/Cirie check-in could be interesting. Jag hearing that Jared had retold to Cameron his whole "Cameron's trying to put a wedge between people" rant from last night seemed to have really gotten Jag's attention, and turned him against Jared and in turn, Cirie. Most of us have questioned Jared's game moves and convos all season, but I'm really wondering if he spilled that particular convo (and others) in a bid to get Izzy gone so Cirie's loyalties wouldn't be so divided. The two-hour veto show was mostly veto comp, but it had more Diaries than usual which was kind of fun, if not enlightening. The vote flip seemed to hold during that time, with Matt and Mecole coming fully on board. As of this writing it's a 6-3 split, with Blue, Cirie, Jared the dissenters voting to keep Izzy Piggie. Cory and America concocted yet another fake squabble to cover up the blindside, supposedly because America had prematurely told Mecole that Felicia didn't have the votes. America later apologized to Felicia for telling her earlier she was a goner. Felicia responded "so you're saying you guys still haven't made a decision? I know you have." America said she doesn't have a group and said she'd worded it wrong, there were still conversations to be had, and Felicia gave her a hug in thanks for the apology. They still hadn't had a pantry restock but food prep began for their house-wide feast at midnight with the few items still in there. It had been previously agreed that others would cook tonight since Felicia was on the block (and destined to leave at that point). Felicia brought a few items to the kitchen including a few pocket tomatoes, which was funnier than it should have been. Felicia told Matt she had enjoyed her time in there and was serious about going to Paris next year to watch him swim in the Olympics. Jag picked up his usual pattern of being in the game loop again, and running amok about it. He had lengthy, convoluted talks with Matt about what to tell Cirie, Felicia, Jared about the votes after eviction, and came up with all kinds of stories and scenarios. America joined and suggested just saying they'd all just decided Izzy was the better player so had to go. Cory asked Cirie for advice about his (fake) spat with America, and of course she gave some. He and America went to Have-not for a supposed talk/reconciliation which was actually to exchange their various chats through the day, plus a makeout/cuddle session. Cameron Piggie walked in at one point but they were still horizontal, and he left without incident or comment. Jag later brought his what-to-say problem to Bowie, who asked why they couldn't just say it was "a miscommunication across the board?" Why not at this point. And she said they shouldn't overplay anything because that's the mistake everyone makes (truth), and then she said what if Felicia asks who voted for her and everyone raises their hand? Reasons she remains one of my favorites. Cameron Piggie explained his Cirie president/Felicia vice president/Izzy secretary of defense analogy again to Cory, but now he added Jared was chief of staff. They finally got a pantry restock and cheered. Cameron Piggie brought his HOH snacks downstairs to offer them up, and said he'll share his White Claws as well. Cory thanked Cirie for his girlfriend advice and said it went well. Izzy Piggie told Cirie she was feeling a bit spirally, and Cirie said she thought Matt was solid but she'd talk with him again later. Izzy Piggie had a momentary burst to herself saying "I might be going home, FUCK!" Meanwhile Cory worked Matt and Cardboard Josh hard while everyone was cooking and gathering around the food, and said they needed to backdoor Jared next, and he also dropped a few seeds about booting Cirie. Cameron Piggie checked in and did his arrogant stuff, and said Izzy Piggie was arrogant. Cory assured Izzy Piggie she was good, and then he went to cover bases with Jared. The starving hamsters finally got to eat at midnight. As of now, Izzy Piggie will be meeting Julie in her piggie suit tomorrow, and Cirie and Jared will be blindsided, along with Blue.
