Daily Feeds Recaps
Day 65 - Wednesday - September 10, 2025
The current state of things is mess. Morgan made fruity pancakes, some of them one-handed while hugging Vince. You wouldn't know it from their frequent and lengthy hugs and cuddles, but Morgan's annoyed at Vince spending time with Lauren, especially after Lauren put Morgan on the block. Vince is shmoozing everyone to say he's annoyed that Morgan told him he has to put up Lauren to avenge her, and Vince has also told people he told Lauren not to put up Morgan (likely a big fat lie, but we had no feeds to know for sure). Ava's going on anti-Keanu rants, and she cried to Will that she's still there because of him, and she'll never vote him out. Earlier she told Lauren she hopes Will isn't blindsided if (when) he's voted out, if he's on the block against Ashley, and Lauren said she doesn't think he will be blindsided. (I don't know why Lauren thinks that: she's surely not going to give him a heads up. I guess she figures someone else will do that for her.) Will's annoyed at all the petty dramas everyone keeps spewing at him, and he said he realizes he could be leaving tomorrow and won't hold it against anyone. Kelley's doing more to irk people every day. Morgan continues to talk talk talk nonstop, much of it trying to convince Vince not to trust Lauren.. good luck with that.
The indoors day continued with a lot of nothing, and more of the same. Morgan made a big deal of making dinner for everyone, which they all complimented. Afterwards several of them cheers'd with Lauren's HOH beer and chatted about prior seasons, with sketchy and scattered knowledge. Morgan continued working her anti-Lauren agenda on Vince, who continued acting like he was taking it seriously. There was talk about playing Big Booty tonight but doing that without Rachel just seems wrong.
As of now, Keanu will likely go to jury tomorrow if he doesn't win another Block Buster. If he does and the vote is Ashley versus Will, it'll likely be Will who goes, and Team Fun Feeds will suffer another harm. The repetitive loops and bitchy gossip in there (and out here) have taken their toll so I'm again ducking out early, with apologies.

Day 64 - Tuesday - September 9, 2025
In a change from the past several weeks, the yard remained open on this Tuesday, implying simple build(s) and/or indoor comp(s) for Thursday. But there's not necessarily any correlation there - at least one recent week when the yard closed Tuesday had a simple booth QA on Thursday. Ava, Kelley, Lauren talked about their potential fans, with Kelley saying she thinks she's inspiring to young girls, Ava said Lauren's fans probably like Hello Kitty, and Lauren said she probably doesn't have fans. Earlier, Ava told Lauren that Ashley might have the votes to stay if she's against Will, meaning Keanu, Morgan, Vince. Lauren will surely run that back to Vince. Keanu pitched at Ashley, telling her he's been announcing he'll target Ashley moving forward but he'd really put up Lauren, Morgan, Vince if he wins HOH, and he said he and Ashley should push the narrative that Lauren will comp out if she sticks around much longer. And he said Ashley has his vote no matter what.
The episode was brutal. Keanu read a card inviting them to "an exciting evening at a neighboring resort" which was the backyard, done up as the White Locust. They got tropical outfits, leis, and tables of food and drinks. The Mastermind then told them they have to play his "tortuous game, a psychological minefield guaranteed to end one of their chances of winning Big Brother" but their comp skills or social game could save them. Tyler came out as the White Locust concierge and introduced Survive the White Locust game in which they each had to shuffleboard a totem down three tables. Ava had the fastest successful time, so she earned safety from the night's elimination, and would select the first player to attempt the elimination challenge, which was like the hamster wheel maze in Reindeer Games, as we knew. They had 10 minutes (supposedly) to talk that out. A mad scramble happened, Rachel pulled Ava aside to be picked and explained why, and she showed clear frustration at how the "talks" were going and what Vince was transparently trying to pull. Ava was flustered and didn't know what to do, and she asked for volunteers (what?). Volunteers were Keanu, Lauren, Rachel. Morgan and Vince finally raised their hands and Ava picked Vince to start.
Vince had 6.5 minutes to complete the wheel maze, which he did, so he was safe. He juggled his goats Morgan and Lauren, eventually getting Lauren to promise if he picked her, she'd pick Morgan to go next. Lauren expressed frustration in Diary about that, as did Morgan. But Lauren followed through and completed the maze in her 5.5 minutes, and picked Morgan to go next. Morgan had 4.5 minutes and also completed it, and she picked Rachel to go next.

Rachel struggled and her 3.5 minutes ran out, eliminating her and sending her to jury, as we knew. She was crushed, Tyler was shocked, as was everyone inside when the news was announced to them over the speakers. They were able to go out to say good-bye, and Rachel told them they'll need to work for the win with her as a juror, none of that sliding by stuff. The tension was thick throughout the episode, and it was hard to watch knowing what was coming. I can't imagine what casuals thought, but they don't know Rachel like we do.
Lauren had the fastest time of the three who completed the maze so she became HOH, but that wasn't specified in the episode nor were their times. The closing narrator said Rachel would be back for a sit-down with Julie on Thursday's show, and another one would be evicted. He didn't say anything more about the Mastermind or another elimination challenge, even though that was implied to the hamsters, and they're expecting it.
The feeds are dead, so I'm closing it off here for today.

Day 63 - Monday - September 8, 2025
Will and Ava had a morning talk that echoed the one Will and Ashley had last night: they're screwed if Vince wins HOH, there's no strategy or social game left since there's so few of them and still three nominees, plus a stronger emphasis on comps, and the Mastermind coming along to bounce someone out randomly each week. (At least that's their assumption - I wonder if The Powers That Be might change that after the backlash of Rachel's elimination.) And both convos acknowledged they're at least closer to fifth place when the bonuses kick in. And Ava told Will that Ashley needs to "shut the fuck up" about Lauren, which was rich since Ava's done some major Rachel trashing, including using the c-word last night (to herself), stemming from Rachel apparently grabbing ("assaulting") Ava's arm at the safety chain picks, which has been Ava's Reason for not picking her first for safety. Could be some guilt driving that.
Morgan used her veto on herself, and Lauren put up Keanu in her place. Vince was in HOH with Lauren after the veto meeting, shmoozing and rehashing, and he promised her if he, Lauren, Morgan are F3 and he wins the final HOH, he'll take Lauren to finals and will explain everything in his speech. Morgan made more of her Very Special Bagel Sandwiches for Will with promotional narration.
The day was full of rehashes, as usual. Vince and Morgan talked about Zach going out with a $10k save in his pocket, and Vince continued to doubt if that was real because why wouldn't he use it? Morgan sat down with Kelley but instead of the confrontation she promised, she said the two of them have "drifted apart" over the weeks, and Morgan talked a lot about "the narrative about me" throughout the season. (99% of that narrative has come from Morgan herself, but who's counting.) Ashley and Keanu talked about missing Rachel, with Keanu adding he misses her annoying laugh, and he said Lauren lost his jury vote with today's move. He later read the riot act to Lauren for an extended time, wrapping up by saying he'd never worked against her, and he's not mad at her personally but he is disappointed. Needless to say, Lauren didn't say much as he went on and on. Later she told Kelley she had something to counteract everything he said, but "there's no point." Okay then. Vince and Morgan twined hands as Morgan went on another extended rehash at the hammock. Later, alone, she wondered to herself/us why Diary keeps asking her about her relationship with Vince, sounding like she's truly confused, saying he's a friend and she respects his relationship. Okay then.
Feeds have ground to a halt in many ways, feeling like it's final days instead of final weeks. Ava, Kelley, Lauren agreed to work together and protect each other at the next Mastermind mess. Morgan and Vince hollered out a happy anniversary to Rachel and Brendon, as did I and many others. Kelley was with them but ran off without participating, having gotten her cruel wish that Rachel would spend it alone at the jury house. And Kelley offered Lauren $1,000 if she could find five of the dead bug carcasses she's hidden in the house. Lauren, who literally didn't know how to boil water a few weeks ago, made herself a tasty bowl of macaroni noodles with creamer, sugar, and parmesan cheese. Ashley and Keanu tentatively agreed to work together, and Keanu worked on Morgan with an anti-Lauren campaign. Morgan didn't need help with that as she'd already worked her own anti-Lauren campaign at Will. She always freaks out more when she's safe than when she isn't, and she started wondering if Vince's loyalty is to her or Lauren - a valid worry this time. Will told Ava that Morgan was crying "real tears" at some point because Vince hadn't gotten upset when Morgan went on the block and he didn't.

It's always awful when someone's eliminated on Day 1 without a vote or chance to save themselves, but it's quite another to eliminate someone after 60 days of work, and Rachel put the work in every single day. It especially stings when nominees had that extra Block Buster to save themselves all season - and apparently that's still continuing - as well as veto to save themselves. I personally don't like that Rachel was the victim, but I wouldn't have liked this setup no matter who went. It's also extra messed up to put out cryptic teasers about 'chaotic feeds tomorrow' on Thursday night and then block feeds all day Friday, after blocking them all night. They finally posted a notice around 11am that feeds wouldn't be back til Friday night, which I guess is something? But not much. In all it was nearly a 31-hour outage, which they've done before, but that doesn't make it okay. They just keep making everything worse.

She's missing her bestie and might be joining her in a few days, but part of that's her own doing. She told us a couple weeks ago she knew she needed to do better socially with a few of them, but she didn't follow through. I hope she survives this week. If she does, it's time to drop the Elle Woods dumb act, win some comps, and push toward that finish line.

She seems to be someone who reacts viscerally and in the moment, which is just a nice way of saying anger management issues, but her nasty comments about Rachel have been uncalled for. She could arguably benefit the most from post-season mentoring from Rachel as far as cashing in on opportunities, but she may have burned that bridge. Oops. I miss her funny one-liners.

The bull in the china shop keeps blundering along, mouthing off when he shouldn't, and generally making things worse for himself. I really miss him and Rachel alternately bonding and bantering - their on again/off again personal and game relationship has been my favorite side story this season. He's got to win another Block Buster this week or he's off to join her in the jury house, which will surely drive both of them nuts.

She keeps relying on her status as a comp beast but let's get real: she's won three easy Block Busters and a super easy puzzle, but no HOHs or vetos. But she's a perfect goat for any of them to take to finals because nobody would vote for her. And now she's collecting dead insects? Nuff said.

She's scared, she doesn't know, she can't make up her mind, and she won't say anything in game convos except with Vince. She finally said nobody's getting between her and her egg man - not out loud obviously, but putting Morgan on the block was a statement. Now that Morgan's off the block, things could get interesting if Morgan decides to retaliate? Nah, Vince would never allow that.

She seriously wondered why Diary keeps asking her about her relationship with Vince, like she's not continually leaning on him, laying on him, clutching him for extended minutes, or being otherwise entwined with him. For someone who continually talks about herself and inserts her perspective/experience into any topic, she has an astonishing lack of self-awareness.

I keep hoping he'll own his dirty deeds in Diary, but that might never happen. I don't have a problem with manipulation in this game, in theory, but the way he's still juggling his various goats and playing them against each other is getting icky. His relationship with Kelsey is their business and not mine, but come on, does he have to be so physical, so often with Morgan? Again, icky.

He doesn't moan about the bad situation he and his allies are now in, which is refreshing for any hamster. Instead, he mostly keeps it realistic, which I appreciate so much, and light for the most part. He's been carrying Team Fun Feeds on his shoulders for awhile, and I salute him for that. She could have played down her vet/winner status and embedded herself as an equal by Week 2 but instead she reminded them often, which may have hurt her game. But that's Rachel. She dressed for ceremonies, fights, and pivotal gametalks, but her dramatics were campy and fun, and always intentional. Her maturity and social game were so improved from her prior seasons, there's no comparison, and she made legions of new fans (including me) while retaining her originals. She looked after them all on a daily basis and she gamed hard but subtly, except when it came to fighting for her allies, when she was highly vocal. She was a target for most but lasted til jury without hitting the block, until a random and ridiculous twist took her out. Hands-down Star of the Season and it's not even close.

She was playing a good game with good reads, and was well-liked, until she took over Rylie's HOH. He railed at her about it but she finessed him magnificently until he agreed to go on the block as a pawn. (He railed about that later but not to her.) She got such an extreme case of HOHitis it lasted four weeks, and made her a house target. She had a reprieve the week after her HOH because Ava put up the big targets, and then she hit the block every week. She saved herself by winning Block Buster, then by winning veto, and then they got her out. She did a lot of the cooking for everyone, and told good stories, and she fibbed about wearing an original T'kor hat that was actually a $5 cheapie from Shein.

She was a non-entity in the game, uninvolved in most gametalks and alliances, and she was largely absent from the shows except when she won a shuffleboard veto. Her only claim to fame was Rylie's attachment to her, and even Diary appearances about that were missing until his HOH was taken over, and then we finally heard her say 'his charm is working' on her. On the feeds he obsessed at and about her nonstop but she didn't reciprocate, at least not openly, though she did initiate a lot of their hug and kiss sessions. When asked if he's her boyfriend she said no, and the very peculiar showmance leaned into major cringe territory as he started snapping at her when he was angry with others.

He came in with rumors that ranged from wildly exaggerated to false, and he did nothing to redeem himself. He threw a hinky vote to evict fellow brojock Zae at the first vote and he boasted he could win any comp, but he only won two. He had a hissy fit when his HOH was taken over by Mickey, and another when Rachel put him up as renom, but most of his frequent angry outbursts were released at Katherine, and then he was friendly to whoever he'd just cussed out. He told Katherine she's his girl and he's going to marry her, but he didn't ask her thoughts about that. He should be grateful AF for the omissions and positive edit they gave him. Good riddance.

He won the first move-in comp but then invaded Julie's personal space and her toss to commercial on the premiere, and a week later he bawled when fellow brojock Zae got the boot. He played the same interwoven alliances game as Vince, including multiple alliances with Vince, but he got away with it longer, until he didn't. Morgan liked him but he liked Lauren, and Ashley thought he liked her but he didn't. He had the face, body, smile, charm of a champ but he self-hyped those qualities too much, making him unattractive. He had a secret veto that could have saved him but he didn't use it, so Julie whacked him with her cards.

He was the 2nd HOH but like Vince the prior week, he was over-allied and self-painted into a corner, so he put up his bestie Rachel's bestie Amy as renom pawn, and off she went. He worked hard at being sassy and campy, especially to and with Rachel, but she pulls it off without even trying and his comedy usually felt more performative than entertaining. But at least he put in an effort, which is more than most of them this year. His dress-up noms were almost as cringe as Todrick's, and that was magnified by his resentment when he hit the block a couple weeks later. He was a good sidekick for Rachel and liked by most of them.

His pre-season stuff was wild, with his homemade wall comp and boisterous personality, but that guy didn't show up, maybe due to the syndrome of everyone being center-of-attention types and there just isn't enough limelight for everyone. His comp skills were good and he would have been a better choice for Rachel's protegé than Keanu but they had zero rapport, and Adrian's social game was absent with almost everyone. He had his moments with his emotional support bread and issues with doors, but he harped about honesty and loyalty too much so maybe this just wasn't the show for him. But he's a good guy and I wish him well.

She didn't do as much as some in the 'older woman' casting slot before her, but she got away with being the move-in Accomplice by doing a few tasks without being caught. She and Rachel bonded quickly and tightly as fellow moms, but their closeness made a target of Amy and she got the boot to weaken Rachel's game. She was generally liked in there, and she cried a lot but she handled slop well. She got out by the July 31 deadline to get her job of 20 years back, if she wants it.

It's nice to get a brojock out early, especially first, and between constantly exhibiting his muscles and his smarts, he didn't do much to help prevent that. He didn't lay down to die when he hit the block so that's something, but he campaigned repetitively and relentlessly, holding voters hostage for hours at a time and talking 100 mph at them without pausing for breath. He landed himself on TMZ and tangled with Rachel, and that's about all he'll be remembered for.

THE REAL SHOW IS THE FEEDS
I'm no longer a feeds affiliate, but feeds remain the only way to get the full story

GAME TWISTS
Day 1: Rachel joined the cast and the game.
Day 1: Amy was a secret accomplice. She wasn't identified by a majority of players (or any of them) so remained in the game.
Day 1: Zach won BB Buy-off in Find Julie move-in comp. He got $10k, but if he's on the block at the end of veto meeting any week before jury, he can buy safety. HOH will get the $10k and have to name another nominee.
> Unused, he went home with the $10k
Day 1: Rachel had first week immunity and automatic Have-not. The other HNs (Ava, Will, Zach, selected by safety chain) also had immunity.
Weeks 1 thru ?: HOH picked three nominees, and veto renom if applicable. The three competed live in BB Block Buster before the vote, and the winner came off the block.
Day 10: Keanu won Mystery Competitor in HOH comp: an alum will play veto on his behalf if he's on the block, before jury.
> Used Day 12: Kaycee played for him, and won.
Day 10: Kelley won Mystery Veto in HOH comp: can play an individual challenge to win a second veto to save herself or someone else on the block, before jury.
> Used Day 14: won her challenge and took herself off the block.
Day 10: Mickey won HOH Interrogation in HOH comp: can anonymously dethrone reigning HOH, who can interrogate everyone and make an official guess who did it. If correct, they're back to HOH and if not, she reveals herself and becomes HOH, before jury.
> Used Day 24/25: took over Rylie's HOH.
Day 59: Ava won a shuffleboard comp and immunity from elimination, and started a safety chain. Vince, Lauren, Morgan completed a hamster wheel maze challenge, with less time for each competitor. Rachel failed and was eliminated from the game.

BB27 finalist prizes are the same: $750k for the winner, $75k for 2nd place, $10k for 3rd, $7.5k for 4th, $5k for 5th. Stipend is probably still $1k per week for all except 1st and 2nd place, including pre-season sequester. Stuntcasts likely get more.
The habitat has 112 HD cameras (up 18) and 113 microphones (no change).
The recorded in-house announcements are the voice of producer Don Wollman. He and Julie Chen are the only senior staffers who have been there since Big Brother 1.
