True that everything was the same, but not like that. Cirie said she thought she was catching a vibe from Bowie that she'd be going, which Matt didn't really respond to, but he did say if it ended up with Cirie going, he hoped she wouldn't be mad at him. And she said the other two don't give her any feedback about any of it, and he said he didn't think they gave any to Felicia either (true). Jag and Bowie started thinking today might be a double, or at least they planted that seed with Felicia. Bowie said Felicia would freak out about that but meanwhile Felicia was doing her usual Thursday vacuuming and cleaning, and clearing up all the Halloween stuff, and joking with Cirie.Matt gave Cirie one of his HOH pics (as several have done this season), and she said to herself/us she knew that meant she'd be going tonight. There were a number of chats wondering how the final evictions and comps work timing-wise, with none of them getting it right. I suspect final noms will be late tonight or early tomorrow, with the veto comp either tomorrow or early-ish Saturday, plus their videos from home at some point. Sunday night's fourth place eviction looks like it'll be taped an hour or so before air time (it will include the veto meeting live, or "live"), then they normally tape the F3 memories meal and Part 1 of the final HOH that night. Part 2 will likely be played Monday, and then the hamsters will be done until the live finale on Thursday. The show had a jury house segment with Cameron in place, followed by the arrivals of Cory, Blue, America, and them watching each other's evictions. There were some peculiar edits that still didn't give any indication of the venom that's been going around in that house, particularly by the Mafia about Felicia and Cirie this past week. Both Cirie and Felicia looked lovely, and happy, and both gave non-scorcher nominee speeches. Jag and Bowie both voted to evict Cirie, as expected, and she came out in great spirits. She more or less told Julie that Jared had complicated her game, and she was able to give her semi-practiced joke/talk when Julie asked her if Survivor or Big Brother was harder? As she'd said many times on feeds, Cirie said Big Brother was harder because of the length, lack of downtime, and continual pressure. The HOH comp was another QA about visual details. Julie finally got her own Chenbot comic, again by BB Comics artist Tom Nguyen. The comp was from Comicverse obviously, titled Chenbot Volume 1, with a BB City backdrop. They were given a few seconds to study two pages of comic panels featuring the new superhero character for the first four A/B questions, and another pair of pages for the next three questions. Jag got the first one right; all got the second; Bowie the third; Jag and Felicia the fourth; Jag and Bowie the fifth; Bowie the sixth; and Jag and Bowie the seventh. That left a tie between Jag and Bowie and their tiebreaker question was how many seconds did the Trick or Treat luxury comp last, "without going over." The answer was 4,086: Jag said 1,500 and Bowie said 1,690, giving her the win and a ticket to the final HOH and finale. The viewer favorite vote opened, and feeds came back five minutes after the credits rolled to Felicia offering to make dinner for them. When she stepped away, Bowie/Jag/Matt had another round of congratulatory hugs and patting themselves on the backs. They were told the veto comp would be tomorrow, so while Felicia cooked for them again, the other three discussed the initial noms, acknowledging that they don't really matter. They talked about doing rock-paper-scissors to determine who'd go up next to Felicia, but settled on picking a number between 1 and 100. Jag was closest to Bowie's number because the two of them agreed on a number ahead of time, so Matt will lose his no-noms status, and he said he didn't mind. They were told they'd be woken up early in the morning and the final veto comp will be tomorrow, eviction will be Sunday, and the NOMINATIONS TODAY sign went up on their monitor. Bowie got her goodies, wine, and letter from her friend Jess without us, and Felicia made them fried chicken and mac 'n cheese. They thanked her for that as they sat down to eat, and she sat silently for some time without eating, looking more miserable than we've seen her before in all these 93 days. She finally ate, and she told Matt once again that Jag would cut him on Sunday if the choice is his. Bowie asked Matt what she'd said, and also said she wanted to end her noms speech by saying "Felicia, I nominated you because you're not in the Mafia." The three of them continued trashing Felicia as she washed the dishes and cleaned the kitchen. This level of nasty and petty isn't new for BB, but it's so unnecessary, so immature, and so distasteful to hear. I don't expect it to end, so I don't expect to be watching or updating religiously from here on out. But I'll continue posting the main headlines at least, having gotten this far. Feeds went to anipals at 9.40pm for the final noms of the season, which were Felicia and Matt, as planned. Bowie's now the only one who hasn't touched the block all season, and she won't. She said she'd stay downstairs in scary room rather than be on her own in HOH. I'd guess that was as much to prevent Jag and Matt conniving against her as anything, the same way she and Jag connived against Matt all week. Day 94 - Friday - November 3, 2023They were woken up very early as they'd been told they would be, so they could sit around and wait. After breakfast they separated, with Felicia reading her Bible downstairs and the other three rehashing the season (again) in HOH. Bowie told Felicia they were going to play poker and said she could come up and join them if she wanted. Felicia did go up and played for awhile before going back downstairs. Jag was called to Diary, and Bowie told Matt "we did the right thing" by inviting her. Maybe they were tipped off subtly or openly in Diary that their behavior towards her was out of line and not doing them any favors out here. We have no way to know but either way, Operation Paranoia/Pressure Cracker was officially a bust, whew. Meanwhile, Felicia prayed, and told herself/us she had to win today's veto, and she had to decide whether to trust Matt or Jag if she did.Feeds were down for the final veto comp from approx 10.15am to 11.45am. Jag won again, earning him a ticket to the finale with Bowie, as well as the choice of whether their third will be Matt or Felicia. He also broke the single season veto record previously set by Michael Bruner last year. And they got the tiny table for four. The comp was space-themed, played simultaneously but they couldn't see each other. It sounded like they had to match season event tiles to the day number when they happened, with an added challenge of having to replace all tiles by sliding them around within some apparatus if any were out of place. Felicia was in good spirits considering, and the other three celebrated together in scary room. Bowie said something about how the day numbers are now done and they didn't have to study those anymore, but apparently she didn't know Part 2 is often about season events as well. Unless Jag talks to us, we may not know what he'll do until he does it on Sunday night's show. (That show will be live after all: arrival time for ticket holders was adjusted to an hour later than its initial posting.) Matt assumed he'll go to finale with his fellow Mafiosi, but Jag and Bowie have been conniving against him for awhile now. The rest of the day was spent mostly with Felicia alone in her comics room and the other three in HOH, with lots of solitaire games and napping. Felicia made a pitch/plea to Jag, which he retold to Matt and Bowie as usual. I'm not sure what Felicia remembers from prior seasons, but the other three still expected a typical veto meeting sometime before Sunday's eviction. Jag might be more tempted to cut Matt when he finds out it's instant, with no awkward days together in the house, or he may stick with their Mafia trio as he says he will, and boot Felicia. Evening finally rolled around and the three of them foraged around the kitchen for something to eat, since Felicia didn't cook dinner for them, for a (welcome) change. Bowie said "we're back to eating like students again" but of course there were a lot of choices between leftovers, HOH goodies, and the stocked fridge and pantry. Felicia joined them for a little while and they chatted a bit about today's comp and the end of this long ordeal finally looming over them, and they hoped for videos from home. But Julie told us those will be on Tuesday's show, so they'll come after Sunday's eviction for the final three. And/or to watch prior BB USA, Canada, Australia seasons, plus a ton of other shows and movies as well. Day 95 - Saturday - November 4, 2023Last night Felicia offered dinner choices for the others for tonight, and this morning she made them bacon. It would be nice to see her cook wonderful meals for herself and let them scrounge for snacks, but good for her for taking the high road. And she's often said she likes cooking and it helps pass the time in there, which is now dragging more than ever. Also last night, Jag told Bowie he was considering cutting Matt on Sunday, saying he wanted the two of them in the final chairs and Felicia would be easier to beat than Matt to get there. Felicia made another pitch to Jag this morning, talking about which jurors might vote for whom, and which might hold grudges. She said she'd played a good game but all three of them outplayed her, and she figured Matt would beat Jag, but Jag would beat her, and she said she couldn't call a Jag versus Bowie winner. And she said "this is a $750,000 decision." True. Jag reported most of that convo to Bowie and Matt, like he does. Later Jag threw Bowie under that hamster bus to Matt, and all four of them did some season rehashing together, including a lot about how the Red versus Cameron week unfolded. They spent much of the day together, which was a welcome change after the three had been isolating Felicia so much. They continued doing season rehashes in twos, threes, and all four, along with a lot of general chat, with some campaigning snuck in here and there of course. Matt packed for the first time, and he said it was a weird feeling to do so. Welcome to Big Brother. They got the Sunday selfie camera a day early, with an assignment to go around to every room doing low fives or high fives in pairs, which they did, including various spots in some rooms. HOH had been locked most of the day so it seemed there might be a surprise of some sort waiting for them in there, but they wrapped up with no word from Mister B that HOH had opened. It was a break from doing nothing for 40 minutes or so anyway. That was a lot of together time, so they went back afterwards to yesterday's arrangement of three in one room, and Felicia in another. Felicia made her last dinner maybe? Last one for four anyway, and they sat down together at their tiny table for four to enjoy it. They shared good conversation and laughs over good food they enjoyed, and it was nice to see them all genuinely getting along outside of the game. And even better, all three helped clean up afterwards! That's been a very long time coming, but all three Mafiosi finally got around to doing the right thing after all the wonderful meals Felicia's made for them. HOH room was open again with no indication why it had been locked, and the three went up there for more photos with just them, and they shared Bowie's HOH wine, as Felicia played solitaire on her comics room bed. She had a talk to herself/us and then went to bed around 9pm, and they turned off the lights for her, but then the other three came downstairs to play hide and seek. They asked if she wanted to join, which she did, and they did several rounds that were pretty funny to watch, and resulted in a lot of laughter between all four. That was followed by cake from someone's HOH treats, then they all played Chinese checkers which were delivered earlier.
