They'd also hung up party streamers here and there, and party hats were installed on everyone throughout the morning. Unlike the rest of them, Cirie continued covering all bases which included giving Jag a big good morning hug. Ever since Jared told her Felicia was unsure about her F2 with Cirie and that she'd tried to form one with him, Cirie's been dropping little anti-Felicia seeds all over town. She continued that by telling Cory that he was high on Felicia's boot order, "maybe within two weeks." Cory told Izzy he was glad he's not in the inner circle so he didn't have to get up at 6am for Red's breakfast prep, and as Cirie's prime minion and gossip spreader, Izzy told him she wasn't going to let Felicia tell her what to do, and she added she'd now prefer Felicia go before America or Blue. Bowie remained uninvolved and unbothered by everything. Cameron also remained uninvolved, but seemed highly bothered by all the fuss over his former bestie.Red told Jared he'll try to get Jared pulled into their group, but said he couldn't guarantee he could do the same for Blue. Jared played along and shmoozed Red for an eon in HOH, both in party hats. Red later told Bowie he'd been hearing her name more than he'd like to and that some felt she was "floating, with Meme." Red added she'd be fine if he has anything to do with it, but she needed to watch out for herself, and he said "there's a lot of of talk about Felicia, a lot." Izzy joined and Red retold the Bowie/Mecole part, but not the Felicia part. Blue told Jag "the numbers are dwindling so fast" re future plans but hello, nobody's left since Hisam and that felt like months ago. Jag told her they've had to scramble every week while the other side's been so strong and had it easy, and he said if he goes this week, "it's gonna be a steamroll." Bowie ignored "don't tell Matt" directions and told Matt that Jag would be going, Red pushed his [Cirie's] anti-Felicia agenda to Matt, and Red told Bowie that Jared told him Cameron said he hadn't specifically offered to go up as a pawn against Red. Waffling came along almost on schedule, Jared reporting to Izzy that Red was pushing hard for Felicia to go next, which made him suspicious that Red might go back to working with Cameron. Felicia joined and said they should stick to their initial plan that either Red or Cameron go, period, and was reminded their breakup had changed things, but she continued to push for Red to go - while still wearing his party hat, and unaware she'd been the next-to-go topic for much of the day so far. Matt and Jag being too close for Jag to stay came up, and Izzy mentioned Matt using his power on Jag, which Felicia didn't know. Jared covered that by saying they thought that was a possibility but they weren't positive who won the power. Felicia left, Bowie headed up the stairs, and Izzy ran off to hide in the HOH shower. Bowie said she was just checking in because she should do that more, and she wondered if Jag was still going? Jared ran his loops and didn't say one way or the other. Bowie left and Mecole arrived, Jared ran his loops some more, Mecole said Cameron wouldn't last long if he stayed anyway because of all his side crimes, and she too brought up Matt using the power on Jag, which Jared once again nudged aside. Izzy was still in the shower. I said I wouldn't follow all the vote back and forth this week, and am already kicking myself for picking up that much of it, arrgghh. But the doubtable topics will come up again, and again. Along with a new one, which was Matt telling Cirie that Bowie told him Felicia told Jag it was "everyone else" who'd been pushing for Jag to go, and not her (Felicia). Cirie reacted with a huge gasp and shockface to that bombshell, and she later reported it to Izzy and Cory. Dinnertime rolled around again, with Felicia laying out a birthday feast of steaks, lamb, baked potatoes, fixings, stir fry veg, kale salad. Everyone dug in and loved it, and Red said they'd turned a normally sketchy day into an awesome day. Then it was time for skits, almost. They'd all been prepared last night but this group has to redo everything they decide, so they reprepared and rehearsed. Eventually they were ready, Red was brought out for "Red-ucation" roast/skits, where various of them impersonated him in various situations, and most of them were spot on. At least the ones we saw - about half were blocked. Red was floored, thrilled, loved it, and said they'd all touched his heart, and that it was his best birthday ever. And then they had cake. Meetings started up again, like they do, with Cirie, Jared, Matt agreeing Red would get booted Thursday, but Cirie and Matt plus Bowie and Cameron would vote to evict Jag, for a 6-4 vote. Of course that plan came with the usual disclaimer/agreement that they can't tell anyone, but this time Cirie stressed "do not tell Felicia" to Matt. America speed-whispered to Jag "don't tell anybody, don't tell anybody, Red's going, do not tell anybody, please don't fuck it up, don't tell anybody or they're not gonna do it." She advised him to do some campaigning tomorrow for appearances, but not to overdo it. And she told him she was irritated with Cory because he just informs her of decisions, and she wasn't in the decision circles. She acknowledged neither she nor Jag were in power positions so they just had to "play nice." By the way, I think Cory's expecting an 8-2 vote. But as usual with this crew, all this comes with a caveat that it's only Tuesday. Izzy and Cameron had another cordial chat about general topics. He said after this he'd like to do something in entertainment (yes he did), maybe acting, or commercials, adding "I have a lot of different personalities." Most of them were in bed around 11pm. Felicia did her usual pleading to Mister B, saying "we got all four in the bed, turn our lights out please, thank you and smooches." Cory said "you gotta stop giving them good content" and Felicia replied "okay so while we're looking at the content, turn this shit off!" BB ran a tape that said "please, no talking!" So they stopped talking, and the lights went out. Cory and America laid in their separate beds in the greenlight, staring at the ceiling and around the room, both seemingly wanting to talk with each other and also not wanting to talk with each other. It was tense, and silly. SUBSCRIBE to my Patreon to get these daily recaps in your email box! And one-time donations of any amount can be made anytime at Ko-fi. And/or to watch prior BB USA, Canada, Australia seasons, plus a ton of other shows and movies as well. Day 36 - Wednesday - September 6, 2023Overnight the 6-4 plan to evict Red was rolled back to 8-2, with Bowie and Cameron expected to vote out Jag. They dropped the Cirie and Matt hinky vote plan, figuring Jag wouldn't believe America and Cory voted against him. BB gave America the "did you wash your hands?" tape after she used the toilet so she went back to do so, saying "that's so embarrassing! Thank you." She reported that to Izzy, Cirie, Cameron, repeating how embarrassing it was, they discussed the realization that "they're actually watching," and BB said "chill out." Izzy told Jared that she and Cirie had wanted to gather the Fields team of four later to study and talk future plans, the fourth being Matt (this week). Felicia did some solo studying, and Jag approached her to do some low-key campaigning as America had advised. He apologized for having told Red he couldn't trust people he was working with, but he'd meant Cameron by that. Felicia told him they weren't going to tell Bowie or Cameron that Red would be evicted tomorrow.Izzy told herself/us/Paige in the pantry she wasn't sure if she was tanking her game by putting Cirie and Jared ahead of her, but she needed them for now, and she had to play the way she wants to play, adding that would be important in her F2 speech. Mecole hunted for her leftover steak and Matt and Jag confessed they'd eaten it last night. Mecole tried to dump the stinky pineapple character, saying it was "payback, part one" but the pantry was closed. American and Cory continued not speaking to each other but finally exchanged a little banter over bumper pool. Most of them laid around and wondered how they'd get through a long locked down day, and they participated in group chats to pass the time. Matt started teaching chess to Blue, which included "pawns are just your bitches, they don't do much, they just block" for one of those accidentally accurate chess/BB analogies I've always loved. Izzy laid out proposed plans with M&Ms to/with Jared. She suggested Bowie and Blue would be good goats to drag to F5 with Cirie, and that they could and should take Cory to F6 or F5 for comp purposes, but not to F4. They agreed Cameron and Jag had to go next, then Matt and Felicia, then some combination of Mecole, America, Cory. As usual in non-Dr Will seasons, "we have to win HOH" was included as a requirement to enact most of their plans. Cirie joined and they studied days a bit, then went through the M&M plans, which Cirie appeared to go along with. She didn't stay long and after she left, Jared assured Izzy that she was family now, and he said Cirie felt the same. He also said he sees Cirie getting frustrated a lot lately, adding "Survivor would be over by now." Then they said Cory was falling hard for America, and that he'd told her something [likely about his Survivor brother], and that he'd told each of them and Cirie that only each of them knew that, so they figured Cory's probably been telling America other things as well. Izzy's M&M plan wasn't set in stone and good thing, because it didn't last long. She and Cirie had a quick gametalk, with Cirie asking if they can't get Cameron out next week, should they gun for Felicia? Izzy said yes, as they had to protect their relationship with Bowie. And later they discussed how to handle Bowie after Red's eviction, since she won't be expecting it. Cirie cycled through her wardrobe for Izzy, Felicia, America to decide on live show outfits. That was interrupted by a pizza eating contest with Red competing against Jag and Matt who ate as a team. Cameron sat alone at the dining table as preparations got underway, looking miserable and/or annoyed. Red won but it was a close finish. Afterwards Izzy said she felt like she'd lost three brain cells watching it. Jag gave his low key pitch to Mecole. Several of them changed into golf clothes to play indoor golf - their version anyway, which they call flog. Several of them dressed up in golf appropriate (ish) outfits for that. When the outfits came out, America asked if there was a veto comp happening. Cory asked Jag if he thought he was put up as a pawn, and added that his gut said he was, but he didn't understand it. Jag said he didn't care how it started, as long as it ends well. (That's a change of tune from last week, which Cory may have noticed, but Jag didn't say he'd volunteered.) Cory said he just sees Red "running around golfing, he's not working any magic right now." And they did some studying. Golf around the habitat began with Bowie, Cameron, Matt, Red playing. Blue and Jared discussed their relationship. Cirie reminded Matt that he and Jared needed to talk to Cameron (in case Cameron wins HOH) and Matt said he's tried but Blue's always in HOH. Later the three of them finally did meet, most of it without us, but we did see Jared say they needed to figure out the best way to advance and steamroll, and Cameron said they didn't even need to talk about it much, "it's pretty simple." Later Jared told Matt they had to meet with Cameron again to tell him Cirie was upset about Red being evicted. Cirie let Bowie think she was asking advice about the vote and should they vote against the numbers? Bowie said she didn't think so, "it doesn't make any difference" and Cirie said okay. (She might convince Bowie to vote against Red so it'd be 9-1, which would leave Cameron out on his own.) Bowie said Jane is actually her last name (though I'm pretty sure it's Ball, which she doesn't want use here for whatever reason). Jared told Izzy that Blue had noticed how close they are so they agreed they should watch that, and Izzy said she'd tell Cory she was going to stop hanging out with him so much in the mornings, to throw off appearances. Housecleaning took place with each of them taking on various tasks and areas for today and tomorrow. Mecole cleaned out the fridge, tossing old and dead food, and attacking fridge mold with a vengeance so strong it almost qualified for the fights tally. And she held up some dinner leftovers she wanted to have later and said "Matt and Jag, don't touch." Red and his comic room roomies had a nice farewell, in case he goes. (He's going.) Cory and America sat by each other for awhile, and Izzy sat with America for awhile and let America do her nails. Izzy said Matt had said the two of them (Izzy and America) had been getting closer, and America was irritated to hear he'd been gossiping like that. Izzy said people have lumped her and Cirie together, saying yes she loved Cirie but they don't spend that much time together, and Izzy said she hopes the vote is 8-2 tomorrow. Cirie joined Jag and Matt in Have-not, saying it had been such a calm day, and she said "once this [vote tomorrow] happens, it better bring the Seven together, the mortar is building right now, it better stop the bullshit, everybody needs to shut the fuck up." And she added "Cameron's gonna be maaaad!" Bowie joined, like she does, and Cirie made her exit. Cory and America had a check-in later and Cory told her he thought Felicia would be going sooner than later, and they both wondered if they'll still have Jag on their side. Jared and Cirie had a pantry check-in, which included Jared telling her he'd noticed Izzy building a side team (which Cirie knew), and that's why she wanted to keep Cory and America around. And he said Izzy had been frustrated earlier about Cirie because she left the M&Ms meeting too soon, and she thought Cirie was frustrated with her. Cirie went OFF about Izzy, saying she'd already seen the M&Ms, why did she have to sit around and see them again, "fuck those M&Ms! and "now I'm frustrated!" And she said she doesn't say anything about Izzy hanging out with America for 13 hours doing nails. It was sudden and explosive, and comical, and it ended as soon as it began. A little later Jared told Cory and America he'd been on national TV when he was 18. (True: he was on Survivor as Cirie's family visitor, yikes.) Jag, Blue, Matt met in Have-not to plan and debate some more, and they discussed going back to a 6-4 vote, or 7-3. Jag said if they do that (to pin it on Cory and America), everyone in Seven Sins would have to know "or it'll be a shitshow again," and Blue and Matt agreed. But I've past my limit for the day, especially because it'll all start over again tomorrow. SUBSCRIBE to my Patreon to get these daily recaps in your email box!
