Daily Feeds Recaps

Day 83 - Sunday - September 28, 2025

Wakeup came early, at 8am. Only Morgan got up and she ran her speech some more and did her prayer walk in the backyard. They got nudged to tell us good-bye and she shifted to addressing us and talking about her season, in a heartfelt talk that might have been a better speech than the one she's planning to give to the jury. Vince rolled out of bed and joined her, and said he always liked watching feeds, and then they were gone and feeds ended for another season a couple minutes after 9am. Ashley stayed in bed and missed it.

The finale was packed and moved right along, starting with the rest of Part 1 endurance flying contraptions. Ashley dropped at 28 minutes and Vince at 53 minutes, both victims of motion sickness, giving Morgan the win, as we knew. Next was the jury round table, led by Cody C but if he did much other than basic hosting, it wasn't shown. Will told them about Ashley being a lawyer, and overall things didn't sound good for Vince.

Part 2 was Unmask the Mastermind, hosted by Frankie and Mastermind. Ashley and Vince were suspended in harnesses and had to kick down blocks forming three Mastermind billboards (like the Reindeer Games comp). Then they had to find the blocks that had images to form pics of six evictees. Then they read a message to put those images in the order they were evicted, and the day numbers of those evictions would give the password to unmask the guy. Vince had an early lead as we knew, and both of them missed the "in order" part but Ashley figured it out and won, while Vince ranted and yelled and cried. The Mastermind took off his mask and hood in his sanctum, and Dr Will was inside, as we also knew.

Part 3 was Perjury Duty with each juror making three statements about their season events (plus more Mastermind nonsense), and Ashley and Morgan had to select the false one. Both were correct for the first one, then Morgan missed the next three, making Ashley the final HOH of the season. Vince and Morgan pitched their pleas to Ashley, and she emotionally evicted Morgan. Morgan did a great sit-down with Julie, disappointed but not bitter, and she stayed calm and poised.

The jurors were assembled onstage and they were truly shocked to see Morgan come out to join them. They each asked a question of the finalists, and most of Ashley's answers came from the overlong speech she'd worked on, and Julie had to cut her off a few times. Vince cringed with some of the questions he got, even though he'd been expecting them if he made it that far. Once again, things didn't look good for him. Kelley laughed and both Rachel and Keanu smirked when he said he thought he'd still get Kelley's and Keanu's votes, and maybe Rachel's, even though he'd jerked them around in the game. Ashley gave a killer speech, and Vince's was basically yet another season rehash, with emphasis on having to do damage control all season for all the damage he'd caused.

The keys were placed in the good ol' keywheel box, and pre-jurors were next up onstage. Julie asked Zach what most surprised him when he got out and he said learning of all of Vince's F2s. Julie called for a show of hands and counted seven people who'd had F2s with Vince. Jimmy and Mickey said they'd made up their beef, then Julie switched to ask Rachel if Frenemies was real? Kind of but no, and then back to the pre-jurors to ask Katherine about Rylie. She said "we are together" and Rylie did his usual she's so beautiful and perfect, and said they've been "kicking it." Julie then asked the the first night accomplice to stand up, and most were shocked it was Amy.

Then there was more Mastermind nonsense as three more of them showed up in the Sanctum to pull of their masks. Jessie Godderz, Frankie, and Eric Stein were all there to avenge the twists that took them out in their seasons: BB11's Coup d'Jeff, BB16's game reset week, and BB8's America's Player. They said "the summer we turned petty: if you can't beat a twist, become one." BB5's Nakomis should have been there too for having a step-brother she never knew about show up in the nastiest twist they ever pulled.

Finally came the big moment: Julie revealed votes from Morgan for Vince, and Ava, Keanu, Lauren, Kelley for Ashley, giving her the win and the cash. Vince cringed when Lauren's vote was read. The confetti flew, the finalists finally left the house, and hugs and smiles were everywhere. Julie revealed the remaining votes after the commercial break. Will and Rachel also voted for Ashley, giving her a 6-1 victory.

And Julie said the top three vote-getters in the viewer favorite vote were Rachel, Keanu, Will, with Keanu the winner. He seemed surprised, and he was grateful. There was no announcement about a short February season, just "we'll see you next summer" and Julie got them all to say "love one another" together, and another season of our summer guilty pleasure came to an end.

I cannot thank you, my readers, enough for continuing to visit the site and follow along with my highly streamlined or over-detailed recaps (never a happy medium!), and especially those of you who've let me know you appreciate my ratings and tallies and the other randomness here. HUGE thanks and appreciation to my Patreon subscribers who got my daily write-ups via email every night, and those who left tips at my Ko-fi! After the last few season themes where festivals, multiverses, and AI held pretty much throughout, this year's announced mystery theme held a lot of promise. The house decor was great and fit the theme of an old school murder mystery, but then along comes the Mastermind cartoon character on the premiere and the pointless accomplice angle. Then he went AWOL for two months only to show up at the White Locust which could have been a fun parody, but that went south with the first vote-less eviction ever, other than first night boots which everyone knows are awful even that early. The mystery theme was forgotten other than comp balls and apparatus being called evidence and whatnot, and liberal plugs for various CBS crime shows. A police procedural is not a mystery, at least in the classic sense which is what they led us to believe this would be. One exception was the Wine to Die For veto comp which dressed them up in formal clothes and used old-timey black and white footage when they 'died' from drinking poison.

Speaking of the White Locust debacle, I'm personally not pleased at all that its outcome made 'hamster wheel' a dirty word. My logo for years. Sigh.

A couple of firsts from last year were repeated. Instead of the usual five rounds, OTEV only went three rounds this time, but that's still better than only one round last year. And after Julie missed her first eviction ever last year, this time she missed two: Rachel's 'elimination' and Keanu's exit via voodoo doll vote.

Comps are the episodes focus for a few years now, despite being maybe 10% of the actual game, and the Diary retells as they're played on the episodes make them all equally tedious. The costumes for them, while unnecessary, were well done and I enjoyed the behind the scenes about that on Unlocked. Many of the usual comps came back but there was no slippy slide, spelling, being spun around and whacked into something, bowlerina, or slingshot. Instead we had extra shuffleboards, stackers, and quick memorization quizzes. Slop made its dreaded and stupid return. They want colorful comps, how about some food comps instead of dumb slop that starves people for no reason and doesn't even make the show after the first week.

Casting was another problem. I never want any vets but if they must bring people back, mixing vets with rookies is never good in my opinion, even though I'm very glad I got to know New Rachel. Way too many this year didn't know what they were doing and played very sloppy games, people continuously evicted their allies, and F2s and F3s were mostly forgotten as soon as they were made. The whole modern era habit of calling anything an alliance does my head in. Even the Judges, who had three of their five members at the end, was a fake alliance when it formed. But that's new school BB.

And sadly, for me, was the general boredom from this group. Gametalk filled every day, all day, and most of it was repetitive or pointless. Would it kill them to look past the job interview/first date/Instagram fake personas and find some genuine and entertaining personalities to cast on this show? Luckily we had Will, but as a low profile player, feeds weren't on him much, and we had Rachel with endless and amusing stories. Her campy bits, elaborate gowns, and faux dramada still don't do it for me, but she put in the effort for those who like them. Early Ava, wildcard Keanu, instigator Kelley, performative Jimmy all contributed a little to the entertainment side of things, but they also brought other issues.

Feeds downtime was bad, approaching Canada standards, and the delayed returns after comps and ceremonies, and especially Thursday nights, were brutal. Casuals drive the show ratings but we feedsters keep the momentum going and the interest on social media alive, yet they continue to ignore and insult us at every turn.

That's enough ranty rant from me. I could and probably should have just kept it simple and said I didn't enjoy much about this season, and the whopping Goof Tally shows they aren't putting in as much effort as they should. TV ratings were good though, so they aren't likely to change much, if anything. But once again I do thank the production team and especially all the many workerbees who do the day-to-day work on all their various teams, even Skippy, and I thank all the hamsters for putting themselves on display for our amusement.

Won: $750,000; Final HOH Parts 2,3

HOH 1 - Veto 1 - Noms 3/1/0 - HN 1

Ashley Hollis - 25
Instagram
Single - fan applicant
Attorney
New York, NY

Season winner - Day 83

She was targeted right away due to a long shower that was really an average shower plus a long gametalk, but Kelley spun that story and the hamsters and editors jumped all over it. Then she won the first veto and saved herself, and was never in real trouble again, which speaks volumes about her subtle but very effective game. The next time she had to win was way at the end and she did, winning Part 2 of the final HOH, which sent Vince into a tantrum and tailspin. She played up her dumb act and let loose some ridiculously funny comments, which didn't endear her to some of them, especially Zach and Keanu. But she used that to her advantage too, befriending and aligning with Keanu along with several others. She never held power but she didn't have to, and nobody was evicted at her hands except Morgan at the end. She provided great shockfaces, and hilariously tried to change a vote after it was cast but Julie said 'no no no no.' She won a comps-based game with her social skills and strategy, and let's cheer for that.

Won: $75,000; BBBB Week 8; Egg 5 days

HOH 4 - Veto 0 - Noms 3/0/0 - HN 1

Vince Panaro - 34
Instagram
Has a girlfriend - prior season alternate
Unemployed
West Hills, CA

Season runner-up - Day 83

His best week was as an egg, when he was fun and likeable. His sense of entitlement was off the charts, often saying he deserved to be there, and he wanted to win, more than anyone else, and he lost his mind the few times he was in danger, despite happily sending out all the others. He won four HOHs which is a lot, but his many F2s, F3s, and interwoven alliances painted him into smaller corners with each reign. He got away with it for weeks through constant lying and blaming others, but he refused to own his sleazy game, and he ranted, cried, guilt-tripped, and played victim when things didn't go his way. He shepherded multiple goats to play with and for him but lost them all except Morgan, whose endgame streak left him in the dust. She never found out he was in on the plan to get her gone via her own veto, but she will. He often talked about his girlfriend of seven years but the way he attached himself to Morgan, physically and emotionally, you'd never know he had someone at home. In the end, his sleazy game defeated him, but he got the $75k he'd begged Morgan for.

Won: $10,000; Final HOH Part 1

Morgan Pope - 33 34
Instagram - Twitch - modeling
Single - recruit
Gamer (and model and barback)
Los Angeles, CA (orig Palm Springs, CA)

7th juror - 15th evicted - Day 83

She talked nonstop and brought most topics around to herself: her life, gaming, modeling, along with season rehashes and prior season rehashes, and Keanu called her a snake Week 1. She was very public about who she was tight with, and she crushed on Zach but he only had eyes for Lauren. When he left, she cozied up with Vince and never let go. Literally. They had minutes-long, tight, clutchIng hugs in public and private, and spoke with each other ten times more than with anyone else. They stayed up til dawn most nights for their three weeks in HOH to plot, rehash, flirt, and she showed incredible patience as she coddled his insecurities. She freaked out a lot when she was in zero danger, and she kicked herself for not winning any comps for weeks, but she locked in when she had to and went on an impressive win streak at the end.

Won: $12,500; Immunity Week 1; Elimination immunity Day 59; Movie guest

HOH 1 - Veto 0 - Noms 4/1/0 - HN 2

Ava Pearl - 24

Has a boyfriend - fan applicant
Aura painter
Long Island, NY

6th juror - 14th evicted - Day 80

She started as a fan fave with her blunt and often funny reponses, but it didn't last. She was the first to put up three power players on her HOH which was impressive, but that was mostly Mickey's doing. But Ava gave a good speech for that and her 'Vinny the Lip' nickname stuck throughout the season. Her other game move was the Week 3 eviction when she retold some gossip, and that vote flipped from a tie to Adrian going home. In the second half she didn't do much but sleep and complain, and when it became clear she couldn't win the game she shifted to pandering for AFP votes, but she peppered that with nasty comments about others and eating like some prehistoric creature. She'll be remembered for wearing hats, yelling at Keanu when he rightly said 'I believe you have a prompt', and for endlessly griping about Rachel tugging her arm.

Dungeon master (and fitness/nutrition trainer)

5th juror - 13th evicted - Day 77

A bull in a china shop from start to finish. He was loud and arrogant, often talked down to or over women, and he believed the men every time, even though they were often stringing him along. His comp skills were impressive and they alone kept him in almost to the end. Usually he was loudly wrong with game assumptions, and he tried to put together huge alliances from the start, often without noticing nobody wanted to be in them. But he had many fun and memorable moments including his week as the Butt-ler, and he was in several fights but always made up after. He had good life stories and told them well, and he wasn't afraid to show emotions like most brojocks. His on/off again with Rachel was my favorite side story, and he finally realized (too late) she'd been right. I want to think he'll learn and grow from this, and I wish him well.

Won: BBBB Week 10

HOH 2 - Veto 1 - Noms 1/1/0 - HN 1

Lauren Domingue - 22 23
Instagram
Single - fan applicant
Bridal consultant
Lafayette, LA

4th juror - 12th evicted - Day 73

She was in the Who? category until she won the third HOH and we learned how timid and indecisive she was. She spoke super softly or silent-whispered for no reason, she stared at the spyscreen rather than whoever she was talking to, and she spoke with multiple umms, likes, and VERY long, uncomfortable pauses. Most weeks she couldn't decide how to vote, and she often said she was scared of various people or situations. She was in Vince and Zach's early alliances, possibly/partly due to Zach's attraction to her. When she won veto on Rachel's HOH, she lied about Rachel threatening to renom Rylie if she used it, which came to pass. Then she was left with only Vince, but she didn't want to share him with Morgan, who had the tighter grip on him (literally). She did well in comps, and got a more positive edit than she earned.

Won: BBBB Weeks 1,3,7; Mystery Veto Week 2

HOH 0 - Veto 0 - Noms 5/1/0 - HN 0

Kelley Jorgensen - 29 30
Instagram - TikTok
Has a boyfriend - recruit

3rd juror - 11th evicted - Day 73

She came in as the quirky girl but she didn't bank on Ava being there, and she didn't research much so tried to play reckless like Tucker, but didn't have his charisma or skills. She instigated Showergate, the early girls' alliance rumor, and the Jimmy/Keanu and Zae/Keanu feuds, all of which arguably set up the season. She made the mistake of confessing to some, and pretty soon everyone knew she lied all the time. The longer she stayed, the more she irritated them, but they couldn't get her gone. Nominated six times, she survived one vote and saved herself four times before they finally got her out, an impressive run for never being in power. Along the way she volunteered for many of those noms, had a birthday, played chess, saved dead bugs, and had random explosions of frenzied weirdness.

2nd juror - 10th evicted - Day 66

He was an easy early target but after two trips to the block he rebelled, and then stayed safe until Week 9. He usually had good reads and knew what was going on, but was never in power to do much about it. He was in various alliances but again, none that drove the game until the Judges had a good run for a couple weeks. He bonded with several but especially Ava and Ashley, and he often complained about the kiddies' immaturity and conversation topics. He had a quick wit that entertained them and us, especially with his great Diaries, and his emotions were deep and touching for HOH letters and evictions. He was loved by virtually all of them and he got the boot because of that. He's a prince of a man and one of the few shining lights of the season, and I wish him nothing but the very best.

Rachel Reilly Villegas - 40

Married, 2 kids - two-time veteran

Hoover, AL (orig Concord, NC via Las Vegas, NV)

1st juror - 9th evicted/eliminated - Day 59

She could have played down her vet/winner status and embedded herself as an equal by Week 2 but instead she reminded them often, which may have hurt her game. But that's Rachel. She dressed for ceremonies, fights, and pivotal gametalks, but her dramatics were campy and fun, and always intentional. Her maturity and social game were so improved from her prior seasons, there's no comparison, and she made legions of new fans (including me) while retaining her originals. She looked after them all on a daily basis and she gamed hard but subtly, except when it came to fighting for her allies, when she was highly vocal. She was a target for most but lasted til jury without hitting the block, until a random and ridiculous twist took her out. Hands-down Star of the Season and it's not even close.

Won: BBBB Week 6; HOH Interrogation Week 2

HOH 1 - Veto 1 - Noms 3/0/0 - HN 1

Mickey Lee - 35

Single - prior season alternate
Event curator
Atlanta, GA (orig Jacksonville, FL)

8th evicted - Day 59

She was playing a good game with good reads, and was well-liked, until she took over Rylie's HOH. He railed at her about it but she finessed him magnificently until he agreed to go on the block as a pawn. (He railed about that later but not to her.) She got such an extreme case of HOHitis it lasted four weeks, and made her a house target. She had a reprieve the week after her HOH because Ava put up the big targets, and then she hit the block every week. She saved herself by winning Block Buster, then by winning veto, and then they got her out. She did a lot of the cooking for everyone, and told good stories, and she fibbed about wearing an original T'kor hat that was actually a $5 cheapie from Shein.

Katherine Woodman - 23

7th evicted - Day 52

She was a non-entity in the game, uninvolved in most gametalks and alliances, and she was largely absent from the shows except when she won a shuffleboard veto. Her only claim to fame was Rylie's attachment to her, and even Diary appearances about that were missing until his HOH was taken over, and then we finally heard her say 'his charm is working' on her. On the feeds he obsessed at and about her nonstop but she didn't reciprocate, at least not openly, though she did initiate a lot of their hug and kiss sessions. When asked if he's her boyfriend she said no, and the very peculiar showmance leaned into major cringe territory as he started snapping at her when he was angry with others.

Rylie Jeffries - 27

Professional bull rider

6th evicted - Day 45

He came in with rumors that ranged from wildly exaggerated to false, and he did nothing to redeem himself. He threw a hinky vote to evict fellow brojock Zae at the first vote and he boasted he could win any comp, but he only won two. He had a hissy fit when his HOH was taken over by Mickey, and another when Rachel put him up as renom, but most of his frequent angry outbursts were released at Katherine, and then he was friendly to whoever he'd just cussed out. He told Katherine she's his girl and he's going to marry her, but he didn't ask her thoughts about that. He should be grateful AF for the omissions and positive edit they gave him. Good riddance.

Won: $10,000; Move-in comp 1; Option to buy safety; Immunity Week 1; Overnight splat task

HOH 0 - Veto 0 - Noms 1/0/0 - HN 1

Zach Cornell - 27

Cartersville, GA

5th evicted - Day 38

He won the first move-in comp but then invaded Julie's personal space and her toss to commercial on the premiere, and a week later he bawled when fellow brojock Zae got the boot. He played the same interwoven alliances game as Vince, including multiple alliances with Vince, but he got away with it longer, until he didn't. Morgan liked him but he liked Lauren, and Ashley thought he liked her but he didn't. He had the face, body, smile, charm of a champ but he self-hyped those qualities too much, making him unattractive. He had a secret veto that could have saved him but he didn't use it, so Julie whacked him with her cards.

Won: Move-in comp 2; Selected 1st HOH players; Movie guest

HOH 1 - Veto 0 - Noms 0/1/0 - HN 1

Jimmy Heagerty - 25

4th evicted - Day 31

He was the 2nd HOH but like Vince the prior week, he was over-allied and self-painted into a corner, so he put up his bestie Rachel's bestie Amy as renom pawn, and off she went. He worked hard at being sassy and campy, especially to and with Rachel, but she pulls it off without even trying and his comedy usually felt more performative than entertaining. But at least he put in an effort, which is more than most of them this year. His dress-up noms were almost as cringe as Todrick's, and that was magnified by his resentment when he hit the block a couple weeks later. He was a good sidekick for Rachel and liked by most of them.

3rd evicted - Day 24

His pre-season stuff was wild, with his homemade wall comp and boisterous personality, but that guy didn't show up, maybe due to the syndrome of everyone being center-of-attention types and there just isn't enough limelight for everyone. His comp skills were good and he would have been a better choice for Rachel's protegé than Keanu but they had zero rapport, and Adrian's social game was absent with almost everyone. He had his moments with his emotional support bread and issues with doors, but he harped about honesty and loyalty too much so maybe this just wasn't the show for him. But he's a good guy and I wish him well.

2nd evicted - Day 17

She didn't do as much as some in the 'older woman' casting slot before her, but she got away with being the move-in Accomplice by doing a few tasks without being caught. She and Rachel bonded quickly and tightly as fellow moms, but their closeness made a target of Amy and she got the boot to weaken Rachel's game. She was generally liked in there, and she cried a lot but she handled slop well. She got out by the July 31 deadline to get her job of 20 years back, if she wants it.

1st evicted - Day 10

It's nice to get a brojock out early, especially first, and between constantly exhibiting his muscles and his smarts, he didn't do much to help prevent that. He didn't lay down to die when he hit the block so that's something, but he campaigned repetitively and relentlessly, holding voters hostage for hours at a time and talking 100 mph at them without pausing for breath. He landed himself on TMZ and tangled with Rachel, and that's about all he'll be remembered for.

@hannahhedgehog.bsky.social: #bb27 is the only show that dares to ask the question what if an emotionally manipulative man who was once forced to dress as an egg got into a cheatmance with the most beautiful woman casting could find who does not have an off switch and trapped them for 80 days with undercover elle woods

GAME TWISTS

Day 1: Rachel joined the cast and the game.

Day 1: Amy was a secret accomplice. She wasn't identified by a majority of players (or any of them) so remained in the game.

Day 1: Zach won BB Buy-off in Find Julie move-in comp. He got $10k, but if he's on the block at the end of veto meeting any week before jury, he can buy safety. HOH will get the $10k and have to name another nominee.
 > Unused, he went home with the $10k

Day 1: Rachel had first week immunity and automatic Have-not. The other HNs (Ava, Will, Zach, selected by safety chain) also had immunity.

Weeks 1 thru 10: HOH picked three nominees, and veto renom if applicable. The three competed live in BB Block Buster before the vote, and the winner came off the block.

Day 10: Keanu won Mystery Competitor in HOH comp: an alum will play veto on his behalf if he's on the block, before jury.
 > Used Day 12: Kaycee played for him, and won.

Day 10: Kelley won Mystery Veto in HOH comp: can play an individual challenge to win a second veto to save herself or someone else on the block, before jury.
 > Used Day 14: won her challenge and took herself off the block.

Day 10: Mickey won HOH Interrogation in HOH comp: can anonymously dethrone reigning HOH, who can interrogate everyone and make an official guess who did it. If correct, they're back to HOH and if not, she reveals herself and becomes HOH, before jury.
 > Used Day 24/25: took over Rylie's HOH.

Day 59: Ava won a shuffleboard comp and immunity from elimination, and started a safety chain. Vince, Lauren, Morgan completed a hamster wheel maze challenge, with less time for each competitor. Rachel failed and was eliminated from the game.

Feeds are streamed by Paramount Plus. Call 888-274-5343 for account help, including cancellation.

BB27 finalist prizes are the same: $750k for the winner, $75k for 2nd place, $10k for 3rd, $7.5k for 4th, $5k for 5th.
Stipend is probably still $1k per week for all except 1st and 2nd place, including pre-season sequester. Stuntcasts likely get more.

The habitat has 112 HD cameras (up 18) and 113 microphones (no change).

The recorded in-house announcements are the voice of producer Don Wollman. He and Julie Chen are the only senior staffers who have been there since Big Brother 1.
