Info on how to watch will be posted when we get there. Daily Feeds RecapsDay 27 - Sunday - August 3, 2025 Morning brought retells by both Mickey and Rylie of their lengthy trust talk last night, Mickey to Will and Zach, and Rylie to Katherine. Mickey's retell had a tiny hint of derision about Rylie, and Zach said "there's still some delulu in there." Rylie told Katherine he wants to give Mickey the benefit of the doubt until she names her renom. Jimmy and Mickey said they consulted ChatGPT for pointers before coming in, like Zae. Ashley told Mickey she doesn't think Jimmy's the right move for renom, but Morgan showed up to derail that convo. Keanu's snoring kept several of them up beyond their already late bedtime. Jimmy pushed to save Keanu (to Will and Zach, I think) until a double eviction because that veto would be fast and not athletic. (Maybe he forgot or doesn't know about the ballpit race/clown shoe comp they often use.) Jimmy also believed Julie or production saying Block Buster would last "all season" and he was adamant in saying "there will be three nominees until finale night." Zach told Lauren that Jimmy's name has been floated for renom, and he said he figures there'd be 10 votes to evict him if that happens. I'm not going to believe anything Mickey says until she talks privately with Will, since she's so good at letting whoever she's talking to think she agrees with them. But pitches continued, including Katherine asking Mickey if she's made a decision yet (no), and Ashley pitching Vince as renom (no). Jimmy's gamedar apparently went up again because he joined HOH with Ashley, Mickey, Rachel, Zach to talk about "his girls" and offer Jeeves services. And they laughed about Rachel getting dressed up and camera ready after the siren or whatever signal went off Thursday night/Friday morning to indicate the HOH takeover had happened. Lauren told Vince what Zach told her about the potential Jimmy plan. And Zach told Morgan that Rylie had planned to nominate her, Ashley, Mickey before the takeover happened. Things took a turn when Rachel met with Mickey. She replied "I can't say" when Mickey asked her renom preference, and Mickey told her everybody wants her to put up Katherine but she's in a tight spot after her talks with Rylie. Tragic movie posters arrived and Mickey cried about not knowing what to do. Rachel pointed out Lauren, Vince, Zach are often in cahoots, and she said she couldn't vote out Jimmy if it's him. Mickey said she trusts Rylie now after their heart to heart last night. Rachel then suggested Ava as a solution to the problem, but hinted without saying out loud that she meant herself, talking about what an amazing life Ava has to go home to, and how she shouldn't have to rot for weeks in jury. Rachel also mentioned her daughter starts school next week. (Also, Rachel learned last night that most want to keep her around until jury and then send her there first.) Mickey said she hadn't seen Rachel's seasons but she's an amazing person and they're both grateful to know each other now, they agreed sending "Ava" home would be a big move for Mickey's resumé, and they cry-hugged some more as Rylie yelled at them from downstairs to come and get lunch, or something. Mickey's meetings carried on, with most everyone telling her a lot about who they trust or don't, who should leave or shouldn't, and Mickey making everyone feel as if she agrees with them, or so it appeared anyway. This series of meetings included Lauren, Vince, a marathon with Zach, and Rachel again. Kelley was called to the pantry to find a booze delivery plus the basket of party supplies for her birthday on Wednesday. They screamed, they hollered, they divvied it up there in the pantry/Keanu's office, and they cheers'd very loudly. And they took a short but much-needed break from the many spins of the renom roulette wheel. Mickey tried to talk over the renom status with Ashley and Rachel but Morgan joined, so that talk was also put on hold as they shifted to planning a Napa winery trip. Later Morgan and Mickey met with Jimmy, who talked their ears off with some good house reads, and some potential burying of himself. Mickey then met with Ava, who said Jimmy would be a big move for Mickey if she goes with him, but Vince might be a surer bet. Rachel and Katherine had a clear-the-air convo. Zach and Ashley had a lengthy talk that seemed cozy but as far as I know, he's still gunning to get her gone over everyone else. Lauren met with Vince to let him know he might go up, which sent him into a spiral. Mickey met with Morgan yet again and said Morgan might not like what she has to day, and that she's narrowed it down to Katherine, Jimmy, or Vince. I waited all day for Mickey to meet privately with Will to find out what she's decided but if they met before he went to bed, it was withheld from us. I thought this would be yet another rambling, too-long recap with no conclusion, but then Mickey met with Morgan, Vince, Zach and said she wanted to go with Jimmy if there were enough votes to get him out, if he doesn't win Block Buster. (Everyone in that house expects Kelley to win that again.) They agreed they'd have 10 votes to boot Jimmy, so that seems to be the plan, finally. But after all this, keep it in pencil. Jimmy told Rachel he had an idea he might be hitting the block, and promised good TV or fireworks or something if that happens. I never heard another peep about Rachel's "Ava" offer, so that was just one of those WTF moments that sent us all into the stratosphere, and evaporated.Rabies has hit the fanbase, like it does, when normally pleasant and rational people become vicious and angry about people on screens that they'll likely never meet. It happens, but it's highly contagious and pretty soon we'll have a snarling angry mob watching feeds like their lives depend on it, rather than all this just being a TV show for entertainment purposes. Let's all take a deep breath, relax, and be unbothered by it all for awhile, like our friend Ava. ![]() If you missed what came before, click "Previous Hamsterwatch episode" up top, or hit my season index page. Day 26 - Saturday - August 2, 2025 Will remained unbothered and enjoyed some morning air as several others worked out or walked the yard. Jimmy and Rachel shouted fake(ish) insults at each other, in character voices, as they walked the yard, which included him making cracks about her children's names, and saying she picks her outfits by throwing everything at a wall to see what sticks. She responded to that with "just like your gameplay!" Kelley whined about being on the block again and had a passive-aggressive convo with Rachel about all that; Rylie worked on Kelley to not use the veto on herself if she wins it, but he later backtracked on that; Rylie whined about being on the block and Katherine told him he's in trouble and running out of people; Morgan revved up her anti-Jimmy campaign some more; Ashley dropped some comments about Morgan's attraction to Zach; Morgan told Ashley there was a rumor going around for awhile that Zach liked her back; Zach shmoozed Ashley over workouts as part of the build-up to his anti-Ashley grand plan; and anti-Keanu comments continued everywhere. Morgan and Rachel were picked to play for veto with Mickey, Keanu, Kelley, Rylie, and Ava hosted. The yard was open all morning so the comp was in one of the indoor spaces. The adoptable anipals took them away a little past noon and feeds returned around 2.45pm to yet another win by Keanu. It sounded similar to the Squid Game-ish one from last year, with a memory component. Apparently Keanu yelled at host Ava at some point and she yelled back, and Keanu was telling Jimmy in the pantry he felt bad about that, it was the heat of the moment, etc. Jimmy commiserated and said Ava understands, and then the post-veto follies kicked off. Ashley, Mickey, Rachel met in HOH and Rachel pushed for Vince as renom but Mickey said she wasn't going to say yet who her renom will be. Rylie finished a close second in the comp, and he rotated between angry ranting, angry pouting, and professing his love to Katherine. Morgan, Mickey, Keanu had a marathon argument/rehash in HOH that began with going back again to Keanu calling Morgan a snake in Week 1, and eventually evolved into Jimmy's playing both sides along with Rachel, and Vince. And it wound up with hugs, and Mickey/Morgan and Keanu agreeing they were no longer coming for each other. Rylie got assorted peptalks from Ava, Kelley, Rachel, Ashley, plus nods and agreeing noises from Katherine. Katherine met with Mickey, acknowledging she'd probably be the renom, but Mickey said not necessarily and pushed for alternate suggestions. Katherine tentatively suggested Zach, and then later said she doesn't know who or how many people Mickey's protecting, but it might be better to get one of them out now rather than later when everything becomes even more dog-eat-dog than it already is. Mickey didn't give her a definite answer either way, and then she sat down with both Rylie and Katherine to shmooze them some more, and boost up Rylie for his comp performance, despite not winning today. The post-comp chaos finally settled down for the most part, with socializing and smalltalk in various groups, except for Rylie and Katherine who continued isolating together and psst-pssting about their respective fates in the game, and Katherine said she made up the renom suggestions she gave to Mickey. Vince tried to sniff out what the marathon HOH session with Keanu was about but both Morgan and Mickey stuck to the agreed-upon story that they were just discussing the game and renom options. And Jimmy sweet-talked Mickey and Morgan, maybe realizing something's in the air, or maybe just being Jimmy. Mickey and Morgan sat down to discuss the renom situation, and Mickey expressed some doubts about their F4 with Vince and Zach, partly in light of what Keanu told them earlier. Jimmy's name also came up, his Pop Up Andy radar went into action right away, and he joined them to small talk, gossip, and shmooze, including offering to wash and massage Mickey's feet again. And he soft pitched Vince for the renom. I had typed here I don't think Mickey's seriously considering any of the pitched options and will stick with putting up Katherine, hoping Kelley wins the Block Buster, the whatmance will be broken up, and Mickey will scoop up whichever one survives and smooth things over, like she did so well with Rylie about the takeover and his nomination. But oop, she later told Will about all the anti-Jimmy stuff going around and said she's considering putting up Jimmy. Kelley told Vince she asked Diary what time the Wednesday show airs so her birthday celebration doesn't interfere with the episode. And she said she wished Tucker would show up this season, maybe to live there or jury house. Rachel and Zach discussed kitchen remodels. Mickey brought her bottle of wine downstairs and shared it around. It was mentioned that Lauren didn't drink some or all of her HOH booze last week so it was repossessed by BB. (She probably couldn't decide whether to have some or not - heh, but seriously, who does that in BB? It has to be a first.) Rachel, who didn't have wine, sat down with Rylie, who did, and things got deep fast. She said she's ride or die for his showmance and she'll protect it at all costs, she's their soldier, but she added she doesn't have any power. Then she laid it on thick saying Rylie reminds her of Brendon, and maybe he and Katherine will still be together 15 years and two babies later. Both of them got sniffly, and Rylie told her if it's him versus Katherine this week, he'd want people to send him home, and he said what he's told Katherine, that if it's the two of them at the end, he'll gladly give her the win. Rylie reported all that back to Katherine, including that he'd told Rachel neither of them will ever go after her. I couldn't hear if Katherine said Rachel or Mickey but she went off: "if she doesn't fuck me up, fuck her! I will never forgive her for that, no joke, she will always be my number one fucking target." Context would imply that was about Mickey, if she puts up Katherine next to Rylie. Morgan and Mickey ran a few rounds of renom roulette, and tossed around ideas for alliance stew rearrangements. Rylie met with Mickey to campaign against Katherine as renom. Mickey said she appreciates the trust he placed in her to get Keanu out, and he said he's happy for her HOH and pics and etc. And he said there are bigger targets than Katherine, she's a great person, and if Mickey makes a big move rather than an easy move, he and Katherine will protect her and use veto on her in future if needed. Mickey said she's considering not putting up Katherine, but only because of the trust she and Rylie have built in the last couple days, and not because of any goodwill Katherine has shown to her. And they both promised they wouldn't put each other on the block ever again, and they went through the roster to compare notes on everyone else. They wrapped up with Mickey saying she doesn't intend on putting up Katherine, but it depends on other people's input as well. Ashley, Rachel, Will compared notes on their ideas of what the various alliances are. Ashley and Morgan compared notes, and Morgan cried about Keanu's unfair treatment in there, or something. Mickey joined Ashley and Morgan who did an epic double hammock dump, and Ashley, Ava, Morgan, Rylie, Vince joined Mickey in HOH for girls' night snacks and face masks. If you missed what came before, click "Previous Hamsterwatch episode" up top, or hit my season index page.
