Wednesday 10/28 9pm Finale 2 hours Daily Feeds RecapsDay 72 - Thursday - October 15, 2020Memphis spent his last night on the floor, for his back and because the beds are too small. His days of popping up hours before everyone else ended a couple weeks ago but he's still usually the first one to roll out of bed. Unless something drastic changes, he'll be the one to walk the plank tonight but he doesn't know that as of yet, so it's possible he'll be blindsided. But Enzo has said he wants to warn him beforehand because a) that's good jury management and b) we can't have nice things. It was a peculiar show. Julie said in the intro both nominees thought they were safe so "somebody's about to get blindsided." Then during the recaps, she tweeted a video "live from backstage" of her saying "the house just planned to do something different than I was told an hour ago." I don't know what she was told but there were no surprises: Memphis was evicted 2-0, and while he told her he was blindsided by that, he didn't seem particularly surprised. We had not one but two jury segments, the first with Tyler's arrival and a seemingly heartfelt discussion between him and Da'Vonne about his pawn offer including BLM. He said he'd been "one million percent dead serious" and said he felt bad, and he implied Christmas talked him out of it. But once again, they withheld that very important Tyler/Christmas convo from feeds so we'll never truly have the full story. A second jury segment had them each getting a quick video from home: Kevin's husband, David's dad and dog, Ian's girlfriend "Chickie", Da'Vonne's daughter, Tyler's Angela, and Dani's Dominic, daughter, dog and cat. They were all thrilled of course, and the messages were lovely, but Kadence and Tennessee easily stole the show and were the real all-stars tonight. Julie turned things over to Kaysar who introduced the HOH comp via video from the backyard: Knight Moves, to be played on a giant chessboard à la BB6, and he shared clips of him versus Maggie and their fate-sealing convo. He said the comp will be played later. None of our final four seemed enthused, and most seemed confused, but of course they probably never saw BB6. Incidentally, Cody and Enzo played chess last night, a rarity this season - go figure. Julie told us that comp will be on Monday's show, and the rest of the week will be as usual. She didn't mention the Friday show, and she didn't leave us with a parting motto. Once again feeds stayed off until after the west coast airing, plus a bit extra, returning at 9.18pm. Enzo was wearing the HOH key so he'll go through to finale without being evicted again, and fourth place will be decided by whoever wins veto (unless Enzo wins that too). He was flipping through snapshots from the photo room walls, and Christmas was sulking at the dining table, muttering quietly to herself about HOHs and vetos - whether studying or sour grapes, I don't know. Later she went to her bed, we saw Cody silently in his, and Enzo continued flipping photos. He said to himself/us several times that he has to win out (win the remaining comps), and a couple times he said Kaysar's line "no, I sealed your friend's fate" (the original was "your partner's fate"). He also muttered that he'd rather Christmas stay at this point, but he knows Cody wants her out, and he said they'll see what happens with veto comp, "I don't give a fuck about nominations, it don't matter." There was no other conversation, and no telling what happened between the end of the show and now. The silence broke when Nicole exited Diary and Christmas went in. Nicole met Enzo in the bathroom and both complained about Christmas pestering Enzo right after the comp, and Nicole said she also pulled Cody aside. Then Nicole ranted to Cody saying she was very angry at Enzo about the comp, that he'd tried to sabotage Cody on the chess board. Cody said he threw the comp to Enzo, and Nicole ranted some more "he showed me his true colors today and I don't trust him.. what he did to you after that - I would have never did that to you, never ever ever." She also said now she'd take Christmas to final two over Enzo "because of that, that's how bad it was." Cody said "oh shit, oh shit," and said he'd taken one for the team, adding "that's who I am in this game." Nicole said Enzo better nominate her and Christmas because "he owes you something." Not that noms matter a bit this week but if Enzo does put up Cody, it'll ruin his run of not touching the block this season, while Enzo will go to finale with his record intact at zero, and that's a potentially important point for finals arguments. Enzo joined Nicole and Cody in the keys bedroom and they talked good-naturedly about the comp, especially Enzo and Cody, and they said how weird it was that they'd played chess last night then had a chess comp today. Christmas exited Diary and all four chatted for a bit like it was a normal night. Enzo wondered if his letter would be from his brother, and he joked it better say he's proud of Enzo. Nicole took that well, but she might bring it up later. She told us afterwards she's having a grouchy day. Enzo hadn't yet gotten his room as of midnight, when I shut them off. Day 73 - Friday - October 16, 2020Christmas met with Enzo, and he told her Nicole is his target now. He said he doesn't want third place again, and she said she figures she'll finish either fourth or second. She said depending who wins veto, they'll make the decision together for who she should evict. Enzo said Nicole's doing well now, that she plays well under pressure, and Cody's cracking under pressure. It sounds like maybe the Cody/Nicole bond may have finally come out? They talked at length about the friendships outside BB, how Dani was there for the Nicole and Victor engagement event, and Christmas said "they have all these pre-set fuckin alliances." Maybe Enzo outted something last night and that's why Nicole was so angry with him. But however it came about, it seems Enzo and Christmas are finally aware they're playing against a solid team, here on Day 73.Feeds went to adoptable anipals from 11.23am til 1.55pm and they'd had a luxury competition, something to do with the comics. Nicole and Enzo were wearing their caped comics suits. Enzo said "jeez why didn't I go for Memphis? He had the big fist, it was showing you," and Christmas was crying alone in the lounge. It was very unclear but sounded like they picked a juror and whoever won got $10,000 as well as the juror they picked? Per Christmas's sniffle-talk, it seems both Nicole and Memphis got $10k: "I'm happy Nicole won the money, I just wish Nicole won the money with like, Da'Vonne.. it's kinda hard to explain.. my ride or die wins $10,000, I'm happy for him, I just feel he's gonna be disappointed I didn't pick him." All will become clear eventually. Christmas went on to alternately cry, sob, and promote her website. Nicole eventually checked on her and she said she and Memphis had gotten close and she was missing him. (If you ask me, which you didn't, I think Christmas was as much or more disappointed that her much-hyped alter ego Comp Christmas hasn't shown up after all.) Enzo nominated Christmas and Nicole, and stressed in his speech that it didn't really matter who he put up, as this one comes down to veto. Christmas continued sulking and later crying again, a far cry from the deal she and Memphis made the other day to "terrorize" the habitat and jury house, depending which of them landed where. Apparently she thought Enzo would warn her first if he was going to put her up. Whether he said that or she assumed it I don't know, but he didn't warn her. Christmas went to Diary as Cody made crab cakes, and he told Enzo that Christmas was mad because Enzo didn't put him up. Enzo said he should have. Nicole said Christmas was happy and laughing when her (Nicole's) face popped up on the screen, but then changed abruptly when her own face appeared, and Enzo said she gave him "the stare of death." All three of them said they were over it with Christmas's moods and behavior. We had a few hours of mostly silence, then Cody went to check in with Enzo who'd kept saying how tired he was, and they griped some more about Christmas. Christmas meanwhile whined and sniffled to us some more, and at one point said she was "just taking a day to be in her feels." She went to bed, then was called to Diary, then she was out again and back to bed. Nicole said she was scared of her but checked on her, Cody had said he didn't like people being alone and checked on her, and Enzo said he'd talk to her tomorrow.
