This site is about the Big Brother 12 feeds and contains spoilers! It isn't necessarily thorough: it's what I catch and/or what interests me. It also isn't necessarily about who will win, who should win, who's cute or who's horrid. It's about watching hamsters: who's doing what and why, who's fun and who's dull. If they aren't entertaining, get rid of 'em! Thanks for encouraging my behavior.

AMERICA'S CHOICE
Who do you want to be the new staboteur to WREAK HAVOC?
- Ragan
They're soliciting stabotage ideas again but don't bother submitting any as they'll ignore them and do dumb stuff they wanted to do in the first place

FAQ
Two hour finale is September 15

Matt opened Pandora's Box which held the return of the staboteur (in the form of Ragan) to WREAK HAVOC, and gave him diamond veto for 2 weeks.

Ragan will win $20k if he performs 3 tasks a week for 2 weeks undetected. His identity will be revealed to them on the finale.

Matt holds diamond veto for 2 weeks. He can override the regular veto if used this week or next, and name a replacement nominee.

I use Stabo/Staboteur/Stabotage because of the typo in an early official CBS BB tweet

Annie & Monet have been sprung from sequester so we won't have Revive-a-Hamster after all.

The first saboteur was Annie. She'd have won $50k if she lasted 5 weeks undetected.

Have-Nots have their own room again, cold showers again, slop again, plus popcorn, plus additional food items decided by viewer votes.

Nobody knows why Paolo isn't there.

The winner of BB12 will win $500k and 2nd place gets $50k. Hamsters earn $750 a week including pre-show hotel and jury sequester.

The habitat has 52 cameras and 95 microphones.

The recorded Big Brother in-house announcements are the voice of producer Don Wollman.

All feeds stay on one 'scene' when someone's in Diary.

    Rise and shine

Their day began with Rachel & Brendon bitching in the hammock over coffee, which was good enough comedy in itself, but then it got better

Rachel & Kathy were sitting in total silence at the dining table, the tension thick enough to cut with a plastic knife.. Matt came out of Diary and chatted a bit, then more silence.. Kathy finally left, Matt invited Rachel to open up, and the "everyone hates me" floodgates poured open.. Matt gave her a great talking-to about how it wasn't personal and the many game reasons she & Brendon were nominated.. he also pointed out how great she'd been the first week when she was nominated AND a Have-not

She seemed to listen but then she went off and sobbed alone, until Brendon came in glistening with sweat.. she told him Matt was a douchebag and that he'd said it was her fault everyone's making it personal now, making Matt out to be a total meanie, which is exactly how Brendon heard it

Later on, after all the many times Rachel said she wanted Kathy to apologize to her, Rachel actually apologized to Kathy.. she said she really was glad she'd won their bowling round, and how she really did understand the whole Hayden/Kristen, Kristen/Kathy, Hayden/Kathy, Britney/Monet situations, but that it was different for her & Brendon.. later Kathy made a point of telling Britney that she had not apologized to Rachel

    WREAK HAVOC fail 2.0

They got another stabo video - this one was hidden from us like the early Annie ones.. apparently Rachel & Brendon were actually named in it? Or at least clearly identified without names, which is just wrong in my opinion, and worse than duct tape & crickets, but none of them got too excited about it one way or another

All of them napped at the same time for an hour or so except Matt, who was in Diary, so it was a very dull afternoon.. in another rerun, Enzo, Lane & Hayden made a whirlpool like BB10 Dan & Memphis Bob and BB9 Adam, Ryan & Matt did before them

Evening didn't bring much other than a rerun of Rachel trying to buy Britney's veto for $5,000, and the Pandora's Box & staboteur revelations on the show.. see the FAQ on left sidebar for how Matt's sparkly stickers cubic zirconium diamond veto works

    WWJD

The best group activity of the season came along when Britney & Ragan were trashing Rachel.. Hayden joined and they turned it into a talk show with advice for potential future BB hamsters

They were all quick & funny with things like Rachel's constant over-exposure and Brendon's toe, with puns galore (sabotoe, intoelerable), and Hayden of all people coming up with the suggestion WWJD (What would Julie do?) when deciding if something was inappropriate or not.. Matt joined for a few as a special guest, and acknowledged what was posted on that Average Joe message board that he had indeed really had his toenails removed - gah! (he is ShootingBlanks on that board)

It was a great time that rivaled the BB10 first week puppet show, and well worth the Flashback - it starts around 11pm.. earlier Hayden reported that Brendon was getting "riled up" over Rachel talking about her ex but that was withheld from us, and that's okay considering the great fun they gave us in the backyard

Rachel got sippy later and went around hardcore bikini-campaigning to everyone, one by one, as if it was Wednesday night and not just the irrelevant veto meeting coming up.. I thought she'd finally lost her mind but later she whispered to Brendon before sex that it was all an act, similar to her act for Rally Crashers

Things are finally getting nasty in there - see how it really happens
before CBS gets hold of it and turns it into something else for the air show

Daily Ratings - Digging for gold at the halfway point edition

Ratings are based on entertainment value

A packed show for a Sunday but I think they exaggerated the endurance times a squinch, and they didn't show Matt & Ragan dealing at the end. I'm glad they showed the fake overcelebratory HOH reveal but the whole Pandora's Box thingy was vague, and don't even get me started on them asking for stabo suggestions again! I'm glad they showed the Rachel vs Ragan fight but they made it seem like that's the reason Rachel & Brendon were nominated. At least they're finally showing the Gruesome Twosome as they really are rather than the Showmance of the Century, and that's something.

    NOMINATED
He puppy-dogged Rachel around the habitat again, making her cry every time he tried to comfort her like the boyfriend from hell that he is. But hey, she doesn't seem to mind so why should we? We heard he was getting 'riled up' about Rachel's ex but we didn't see it. We did see him virtually unresponsive to all her dating for dollars stories, and he didn't even react when she said she'd keep doing it when they live together. Also he dug around in his nose a lot today.

    Won: $10
    HOLDS VETO
Big ups for her continuing impressions, retellings, and Rachel stories, but super big ups for her many contributions to the WWJD talk show tonight, especially 'janxy' and 'a storm of feces'. She had to redo Rachel asking her to sell her veto again and I feel for her there - I couldn't listen to it again. In all the hubbub of this day & night, I almost forgot to mention that Hayden upended her in the kitchen.

    Won: 42" 3D TV
Yet another banner day that included more Lines of the Day than I can possibly take down, a lot of spot on Rachel commentaries, and some new conversation partners i.e. Rachel and Ragan - separately, of course. With Rachel stealing everyone's limelight I don't have much more specific to say about Enzo except I'm glad we lucked out with him this year, and I hope he gets an HOH soon so he can hear from 'Wifey' and see pics of his little baby girl.

    Won: 24 18 hours solitary
This might be his first ups of the season but he earned them easily for coming up with WWJD and for being as quick and witty as Britney & Ragan for their talk show, which I never saw coming from him. He also picked up Britney and flipped her in the kitchen, which I also didn't see coming. I'd say I've been underestimating him all this time, but I think he just got lucky and had a banner day. Also he joined Brendon in nose digging today.

She's only awake and vertical for an hour a day, but she makes them count. She patched it up with Rachel and after all of Rachel's stomping around demanding an apology from Kathy, Rachel actually apologized to her! Kathy was rightfully proud of not giving in and apologizing for beating Rachel and why should she? I'm wondering if Kathy might have an as-yet-unseen strategy going here. What if she's intentionally playing for second place? It would be a very easy $50k.

    Won: $1,000
With so much action today I didn't see too much of him. When he was around he was mostly just around, although luckily he did do a few rounds of the Lane & Britney Comedy Show.

    Won: $1
    HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD
    HOLDS DIAMOND VETO
I'm not surprised he got more than Stabo 2.0 and his own $1 winnings from Pandora - nobody believed that - and I suppose his new sparkly does qualify as MOST POWERFUL HOH EVER even though it's pretty much the same as coup d'etat, except it's on veto day instead of eviction day, and it didn't come from a puzzle or a vote. I seriously doubt he'll use it though unless he's nominated next week, which isn't likely unless Brendon (or Rachel) happen to win HOH. If that's the case, prepare for Chima 2.0. I was surprised to have confirmation that he really did have his toenails removed, and a little queasy too. I loved when he said about their pool game 'I'm down to the end, I'm just waiting for you guys to knock each other out' because it sounded like something bigger than pool.

    Won: $5,000
    NOMINATED
The problem for her (and Brendon to a lesser extent) is that it IS personal with the rest of them, but it's also game: they are both real threats for comps, but they're both so awful too. So she can use whichever excuse she wants for why they're targeting her (and she does), but the reality is that she invited it OBVI. As unbelievably volatile as she is and as much drama and 'I can't believe I saw/heard that!' she makes us say, it's a safe bet she'll be a goner this week. I'm not sure many of us can take her derailed emotional roller-coaster for much longer, and I'm sure the Diary staff needs a break from her too.

    STABOTEUR 2.0
    Won: Veto ticket
Easy ups for being a great talk show member, for being both funny and insightful with his Rachel bashing, for being genuinely touched by being voted into stabotage, and for continuing to successfully deflect stabo suspicion. I'm not crazy with the Diaries they're showing for him: it seems like they're trying to make him the cliche uber-gay guy when he isn't. Sure he's uber-gay but he's a lot more than that too. I don't think they know how to deal with someone who fits one of their casting roles but not the stereotypes they like to promote.

    Won: $100, 1 week wig & catsuit
She was barely there the first couple weeks but she came alive and participated in some juicy spats and was the subject of Andrew's scorching exit speech. She was half a showmance with Hayden and wore a silly wig & catsuit for a week, yet for all this, she still was barely there. She spent most of her time horizontal with Kathy or Hayden, and would only talk with others one-on-one.

He promised chaos and delivered on that, leaving them and us wondering what he was up to most of the time. He was a good early guess for the staboteur but he WREAKED more HAVOC just by being himself. He was early-to-bed & early-to-rise so I missed a lot of what he did, but he brought some Orthodox education, travel companion/fingerbang stories, and he made lots of threats to make good tv that didn't pan out until his final moments.

    Won: $10,000
She promised princessy but failed to deliver, opting instead for poor-me tears, complaints about being fat, and a lot of moping around. But she wasn't all doom & gloom: she rode the slip 'n slide and made fun of her keep-warm sleeping layers, and she was Britney's #1 mean girl cohort. She tried out for ANTM and might have fared better there, as they wouldn't have flashed her boobies.

    13-DAY STABOTEUR
She turned her nomination into the House of Annie and wheedled everyone for days, to no avail. She promised catfights with Britney and Rachel but nothing came of it, leaving her in the 'Who?' category for future BB trivia, even including her stabotage. She's lucky she went early: she might have cracked bad and the chops would get really brutal.
