Will's been asking for Neil Patrick Harris to show up since the season started and gets his wish today - they even did a Diary together - so much for "no outside contact" - who's to say Will & Doogie Houser aren't buddies outside and a little signal or whisper got passed between them today to let Will know what's up? The special guest they need in there is one of the nanny show nannies to teach the producers how to control their bratty kids who keep getting away with murder.. now that Will's taught them all they can sing to shut the feeds off, they're at it all the time Will's also referring to George as CG now, presumably a Diary suggestion to ingratiate himself with the illiterati around the web who can't be bothered to spell out a name in their hateful posts about the guy Danielle talks to Janelle and fishes for a little info about James to see how much he was tattling back.. she knows she's going up and going out, and encourages Janelle to keep doing what she does and encourages George to keep cheering her on I have no other news or pics today, no videos, no nothing - deal with it.. I may be back or I may not.. all this began as a little hobby site to amuse myself and it's become a nightmare this year.. in spite of my huge appreciation for the donations, ads & support I've received, the complaints & hate-a-hamster mail and Youtube comments have worn me down - I hear enough of that stuff on the feeds 40-50 thousand of you are visiting here daily (which freaks me out) but I've only heard from one of the hamsters over the years - that's kind of discouraging as I've done it partly for them too.. even more discouraging is not receiving any offers of writing work in three years of doing this.. I particularly appreciate those messages letting me know you enjoy the write-ups here but I need to pay the bills too, and they're mounting up.. I guess I'm back to eking out my meager living Sorry for the rant.. if I was in the house I'd get reamed for being a whiner so I might as well go for broke.. to all those who asked to be linked here and were: you're welcome.. to those who have bitched about what I have or haven't put on this site: make your own site.. to those who have copy-cat'd Hamsterwatch.com and/or the recaps, pics or ideas posted here (or simply copy/pasted) without asking or linking back, and to the ongoing sabotage attempts: watch out for Karma Electra Ding dong, Dani calling Ok I lied, there is some more: Danielle goes a little nuts.. or does she? Maybe she's working (ya think?) She's had a couple drinks and harangues George at the hot tub for an hour or more about how Erika's "scumbagged" her, how she'd had her back, how she won't vote for her now, etc etc - rewind, add a few f-bombs, repeat, ad nauseum.. George doesn't say a word even though he's already nominated and will likely remain so It's a typical evening til Erika comes outside to smoke.. oops Danielle continues her loop to George and Erika smiles & almost snickers occasionally at the smoking area.. Danielle finally sees her there and makes a comment about her laughing, and then joins her     It's a pretty basic loop but it's heated: "I had your back.. I gave you that spider web.. you said you were my Jason and I was your Jack.. I'm not going to vote for you".. strategy this/scumbag that.. rewind, repeat.. Erika doesn't say much and it goes on for a good half hour or more.. both the "non-smokers" go through a bunch of Janelle's cigs     Erika finally goes inside and hits up Willboogie for backup.. Boogie's not interested but Will shuttles her up to her room and locks them in.. Danielle goes up too and leans on the doorbell a good long time - Will tells Erika not to answer, and they don't.. he works on Erika for a long time about how Danielle has to go, eventually sleeping over so Erika won't back down Janelle takes the backyard shift and Danielle repeats it all over again, and again.. she finally calms down some and eventually goes off to bed.. Janelle & George stay up awhile to eat, chat and laugh Dani gets spanked (Saturday) It's an ultralite episode.. just the facts Danielle works on Erika before the veto comp for a long long long time.. she could have saved everyone a couple hours by boiling it down to her key themes: "Dani BB3 is back," she's going to "scumbag Chilltown," she's "got to win" and can't do it the way she'd wanted to.. we've heard it all before Will gives Boogie his assignments: touch Erika's arm a couple times in front of everyone "girls love that stuff" and bring her lunch to her, or something.. "be Lance Showmance".. Boogie says "I'm not sure how it happened but she's way into me" and says he's "going to lose his business partnership" presumably for being a ho and/or making her look like one.. watch the videos - part 1 - part 2.. audio is barely there, sorry.. part 2 has an interesting line: "you know how this show is part scripted and part unscripted.."     Janelle wins the veto in an after-dark timed mutation of the tired Morph-o-Matic comp - she smokes everyone else's time but Danielle talks later about her luck.. she may suspect Erika's thinking of nominating her to send her to paradise© or it may come as a shock.. Erika asks Janelle what to do and Janelle replays Erika's own script back to her: "Just tell me how you want me to vote - do what's best for you" Erika doesn't have much better luck with Boogie, who stumbles through his lines badly for a long long time.. he finally tells her she's a great competitor - she lights up and bounces off to get Will who does a better job of it, letting her know Danielle's the one who's got to go so they'll stand a chance of winning the game.. when it's George's turn, Erika talks down to him in a condescending, scolding tone Janelle's upset that her boobie popped out in her sleep but it doesn't seem to have been webcast.. neither was Boogie doing his doo-dah in the bathroom, but Danielle caught him and told everyone.. Boogie told Erika about it for their nightly pillowtalk session before turning away from her - Lance Showmance indeed Sorry, that's all I got.. I really do appreciate all the emails of support, news bulletins, recipes, etc but I'm practically doing this on a Commodore 64 now and can't respond anymore.. sifting through a packed in-box isn't helping the situation The daisy kingdom (Friday) I called Erika Princess Daisy because of her room decor.. around dawn she exiles herself and lies around in Janelle's late night/pre-dawn laying around place in the bathroom If they keep this up, they'll eventually meet there at shift change.. maybe Janelle can find out why Erika's not using her own room to lay around Maybe adapting into Janelle's environment is another step in what often looks like a Single White Female strategy for Erika.. if that's the case, she probably won't tell Janelle why she's out of her garden.. maybe it's just cuz Boogie's up there and last night's rendezvous didn't go so well again The daisy theme develops further into a food comp.. I didn't think they'd be having anymore of those since they already have a lot to squeeze into the next few air shows, but I was wrong again This one's withheld from feedsters which is unusual.. bee suits are involved, and ramps, oversized yard daisies, and hamsters jumping from heights and being smashed into each other.. it looks colorful, and waiting to go back inside they all say it was fun.. making them wear spandex bee suits & tights on tv must be somebody's idea of a joke, or something     They blink in & out between flames.. it seems like they're told to talk about the comp & the results during one short between-flames segment, and we find out they're on slop today, then meat & alcohol for three days, then slop again, and a 5-star meal to wrap up.. they're also going to have Christmas on Sunday The real reasons for today's food comp were probably to get some use out of the bee suits and pricey oversized daisies apparatus in spite of the cut-short season, and to let George eat - he won a week's slop pass or an anti-slop pass for the days the others are on it.. he savors some Coke, then cooks up some eggs.. after that he heats up some leftover steak and has a nice chat with Janelle while he eats it - watch the video.. after that he forages for another hour or two and eats most of what he finds     Now that George has fixed up the red room (redrum) really nice and counteracted its eviction curse, they're closing it and he has to move out Boogie has another owie - this time it's his knee, hurt in the comp.. Erika has another owie too - this time it's a pinched nerve in her neck.. Will works on Erika a long time, some of it from pretzel position, telling her what a dangerous force Danielle is.. Erika acknowledges this (naturally) but also says they've been together from the start     Meanwhile Danielle works on George, alternately talking up Diane's BB5 game and that of Kaysar, Janelle & friends on BB6.. it seems like she's trying to figure out how to work against and/or with Janelle .. she's talked a lot about BB6 in the last few days, always glowingly about Janelle and disparingly about Maggie & friends.. she tells George that everyone attacked Diane on BB5 and nobody stuck up for her, and last night she talked about how mean Maggie/Ivette/April were in general but doesn't mention how they treated Janelle.. Janelle was present and didn't volunteer anything either, which maybe threw Dani for a loop They wait for nominations.. Erika's antennae aren't the same as a tiara.. Danielle's pink robe goes missing - they wonder if James took it or if it's been shuttled away for a clothes-burning comp, but it shows up later.. George & Janelle go up, as expected     Will gets his bouncy It's taken 55 days but the trampoline Will keeps asking for shows up today.. it isn't even Christmas til Sunday Even people who aren't paying attention at all know that Will gets most of what he asks for.. if he isn't credited as a co-producer, it's only because they don't want it to look more obvious than it already does.. on the other hand, it isn't all their fault: Will's the only one who gets things like trampolines & tandem Diary sessions because he's the only one who thinks to ask for stuff like that Most of them like it well enough, but Will likes it best.. he tells Erika while they bounce that he lies within the game - watch the video.. we know that and they did before they went in, but somehow they all forgot once the show started, and he hasn't reminded them too often this year     I'll try to restrain my urge to cap too many food closeups this week since they'll be on their combo Atkins/Drinking Man's Diet plan or slop.. George isn't complaining again     And the rest They explore the pantry/conference room and discover enough meat & fancy seafood to make them stop complaining for a few minutes They get steaks, buffalo wings, mahi-mahi, shrimp, shark, turkey dogs, etc etc and start cooking early so they can dive in precisely at midnight, which they do.. George eats too so his pass is for the week and not just a day-by-day slop flip.. many complaints about George's cooking & grilling technique circulate but none make it back to him so that loop will live on and thrive another day Diary starts an inquisition, calling them in to get details about yesterday's walkathon discussion of Anne Rice's Sleeping Beauty Trilogy (you heard it here first, and so did Diary - they aren't fooling me - they didn't interrogate about VC Andrews or other hamster bookchat that's gone on).. this brings on much lively debate which brings on strobing flames of course.. Danielle says she read the books when she was younger and less religious.. Janelle (who slept all evening) gets angry and says they can't use any of that for the show so what's the big deal, and why do they want all this detail about it anyway? "The guys are jacking off in the house, and we read a steamy romance novel and get.." - cut to flames again.. Will says he'd never heard of the books before and told Diary as much - cut to flames again, and etc Not much else of note.. Willboogie do their check-in thing and their work-on-Erika thing, Will does his work-on-Janelle thing, and Danielle does her work-on-George thing.. they play poker awhile.. George tells Janelle if by some fluke he wins the veto he'll take her off - he's fine going to paradise© now and will get the same money than if he stays on another week anyway.. Danielle had said she was going to have one beer & one glass of wine but she has some more - she talks for days on her redemption loop and about hurtful stuff said on the internet last time (it sounds like it really did bother her despite what she's said).. RATINGS WATCH Sunday's show was third for its time slot behind the Emmy Awards on NBC and 'Pirates of the Caribbean' on ABC. PLEASE FIX THE VOLUME ON F1 Sunday's was a cute show which makes a nice change. The porny food comp innuendos were corny and Will's second cyber session with his camera now looks like it was done to get airworthy audio. The rest of it was previously reported here right down to the relatively few video & convo snippets I've posted, so maybe they'll send me a check for doing their filtering for them. That's all I got. No vote (HOH) He made an ass of himself once again by implying salesmen are a lower life form on live tv. Howie's done ok with his HOH prize and become an asset to its manufacturers, and who's Boogie to diss him for that? Now he's put himself on the hit list for his restaurants' suppliers along with his bar staff.. way to go, genius. Boogie's been pissy about Howie since he lost the Life of the Party vote to him, but he doesn't stop to question why. At least he admitted to Julie that bringing Janelle onto the team was Will's idea. I'd like to know which of the producers are shareholders in Dolce Group? There's no other explanation for Boogie's continual favorable edits or the fact that he gets to wear & display his restaurant names & logos on every show and in every Diary - he even changes into one when they call him in. Nobody else can wear a logo or brand. Friday's 'Early Show' secret scene was Boogie once again, cutting Howie's hair. What it did was show Howie as a good sport, and they left out Will & George doing the dye job, but Julie wound it up with 'Now you know why Howie looked so silly when he got evicted.' WTF? Post-show events included being a HOH ho but hey, she wanted it more than he did. She threatened wrath and she got wine but all she did was become friendly and sociable. She thinks she's in charge of Erika but she spent too much time babysitting James to notice Erika's in bed with the enemy, literally. Boogie doesn't even want to be there but maybe he's ho'ing himself out enough to get Erika to turn on her co-HOH and nominate Danielle. That would be something to see and I hope we get some fireworks out of it. Maybe Dani will just curl up and give up if she knows she's beat, but I feel sorry for George cuz he'll get the brunt of it otherwise. She wouldn't be so bad in there if she'd STFU once in awhile when she's working - she's not so bad when she's just being herself. She got a cheap shot on Thursday's show too when Julie asked about being away from hubby & kids.. how does she think it feels? Is this 'Big Brother' or 'Queen for a Day'? HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD HOH or HO? Even the camera crew can't tell the difference. She crawled all over Boogie in the bathtub and he not only rejected her afterward, he farted on her. Twice. She took him back in tonight as if she didn't even notice the timing, and he rejected her again, over & over. Every time she crawled on him and smooched him he sat back and talked game.. what's wrong with this picture? Nobody even wants to watch these two go at it.. if they ever do the deed, feed subscriptions will be cancelled en masse. I don't even think she's doing it all for the game alone - there seems to be some 'issues' here. She said it all when she apologized to Boogie for the CD she got cuz it wasn't hip-hop. Hello? It isn't Boogie's HOH - it's Danielle's! NOMINATED George who? I'm pretty sure he was nominated for eviction this week but you'd never know it by watching the show. Tune in Thursdays at 9 for 'James Rules! Even When He Loses' on CBS! I hope the votes come out so George knows Danielle's got no more ground to push him around: long ago she promised him one vote. This was it and she didn't come through. George is the best sport in town and maybe that's part of why he's still there. He never says a bad word about anyone, he doesn't get to eat or drink but he doesn't complain about that or anything else, and he keeps himself busy. Wait, I get it.. he's the adult in there. NOMINATED HOLDS VETO I'm giving her ups just because I like her, I'm glad she's still there, and I'm glad the guy who called her a liar, a traitor, a whore, and a fat piece of shit isn't. Deal with it. I would have liked to hear his entire farewell to James instead of the ego-stroke they aired, but it's ok: I have videos of Will impersonating his whiny rants and saying what a no-fun eejit James is. I've been saying for weeks (will this thing ever end?) that Will owns them all and he has til now, but I'm starting to think Janelle might be owning him a little now. A whole lot more than Erika owns his stoopid little sidekick anyway, and that's good news for me: if I have to watch the last few days of feeds with Boogie & Erika I'll pull the plug. We need Will to keep pushing Boogie to showmance Erika, and to have Boogie keep doing that in his creepy inept way, and to have Erika wake the hell up and kick Boogie to the curb. I'd even take Danielle in Final 3 if Will & Janelle are both there, but George would be their ideal third. That house gets awfully big when there's just a few of them rattling around.. we need Will to make those last days good tv for us feedsters and that isn't gonna happen with Boogie & Erika: they don't have the personality of a flea between them. He ran a self-professed 'Janelle hate campaign' when she had his back, and called her a liar, traitor & worse on tv but he hooked up with Dani on Day 2. He promised to be more fun but wasn't much until the end, when he was great. He plays the game well but too hard and personal. The Dolly Wars will follow him but he'll be ok: it's just a little harm. Love him or hate him, nobody can deny he's an individual. Two years running he's stayed truer to his partners than anyone while staying on good terms with everyone on all sides, in spite of behavior that would get most arrested. His act gets old and he drops trou a lot, but he's almost always upbeat and his heart is solid gold. We'd all be lucky to have a friend as loyal as Howie. He had early alliances galore but blew them all off to mope & complain instead. Editing was far from kind and didn't even give us his best but it's his own doing (like most of his problems are). Hamsterwatch Most Photogenic award winner, especially since he started posing for renaissance paintings. He said his heart wasn't in it this year and that he was saving his big moves for later: both fatal in the BB house, and not kicking out Will when he could was pivotal to the season. But he shaved his head for the game and stopped twisting his hair too. Good to see him again and overnighters especially will miss him. Sadly, she didn't stand a chance this year. She came in defeated & involved in a feud, and lost all her partners. Mrs. Smith didn't give us the fireworks she's capable of but she's always an all-star in my book and I wish her well. His alliances and behavior were all over the map this time and both got him kicked out. He went out the back door again but it wasn't intentional this time. So long, mirror-face. Not the most charismatic and she didn't start playing in time, but each side kicked her out so the other couldn't have her. Kudos to her for having the guts to return. She worked out and hid in a vase but the potential for catfights & dramatics left with her. She didn't live up to her skanky rep: good for her, bad for us.
