Power of the Publicist. -HG who receives the highest votes will receive the Power of the Publicists. This will allow a HG to remove themselves from the block at one of the 2 nomination ceremonies or veto meeting. This power can only be used once and expires after the LIVE Veto meeting Feb 4th
