This site is about the Big Brother 12 feeds and contains spoilers! It isn't necessarily thorough: it's what I catch and/or what interests me. It also isn't necessarily about who will win, who should win, who's cute or who's horrid. It's about watching hamsters: who's doing what and why, who's fun and who's dull. If they aren't entertaining, get rid of 'em! Thanks for encouraging my behavior.

FAQ
Two hour finale is September 15

The second saboteur will win $20k if he or she lasts two weeks undetected.

Annie & Monet have apparently been sprung from sequester so we won't have Revive-a-Hamster after all.

The saboteur was Annie. She'd have won $50k if she lasted five weeks undetected.

Have-Nots have their own room again, cold showers again, slop again, plus popcorn, plus additional food items decided by viewer votes.

Nobody knows why Paolo isn't there.

The winner of BB12 will win $500k and 2nd place gets $50k. Hamsters earn $750 a week including pre-show hotel and jury sequester.

The habitat has 52 cameras and 95 microphones.

The recorded Big Brother in-house announcements are the voice of producer Don Wollman.

All feeds stay on one 'scene' when someone's in Diary.

    "The Other Guys"

That's the movie some will get to see - Enzo, Hayden, Rachel & Brendon I believe - but it doubles as a request from feedsters for who we'd like to see in there, in the form of a new cast.. the comp involved climbing through ropes, with some of them dressed as cops and some as jailbirds.. they all said it was fun

Rachel & Brendon held their suck-up meetings, but Brendon bailed when Kristen asked to go up and clear the air.. unfortunately for us, Kristen & Rachel more or less made up after last night's snippy bitching, professing mutual respect & friendship, and agreeing that everything got blown out of proportion

    It goes on, and on

Rachel then nominated Kristen anyway along with Hayden, and the feeds came back to Brendon ranting and lecturing Rachel about her speech, and her game in general.. it went on & on, him berating her and her silently glaring back at him

The two of them are a terrific lesson in how to be a dysfunctional couple, and it almost lends credence to Allison Grodner's ridiculous press remark that they're going to be a Big Brother wedding, as their continued psychological assaults on each other are a lot like some married couples - just before divorce papers are filed

Rachel eventually made her apology rounds again, followed by Brendon who apologized again for her - oops, not a good move, buddy

They got a backyard apparatus, presumably to practice for tomorrow's veto comp.. it was like a giant pinball machine but with no flippers, no bumpers, and no pinball action.. Kristen & Hayden practiced the most

Matt's birthday is Saturday and there were plans for booze and flippy-cup at midnight, but considering the tough day some of them (read: Rachel) had, it might be delayed til tomorrow

Things are starting to crack in there - see how it really happens
before CBS gets hold of it and turns it into something else for the air show

Daily Ratings - The Honeymoon's Really Over edition

Ratings are based on entertainment value

What's up with having no camera on Kristen during her very lengthy convo with Rachel? Tomorrow's veto comp has more to it than just giant pinball: Andy Dehnart @realityblurred sent a cryptic tweet hinting outsiders would be involved, specifically press.. well, TPTB need something to boost interest in this sick puppy. At first I thought it was a dumb idea to launch BB11 Jeff Schroeder's 'Around the World For Free' webshow in the summer against BB, but there's so much downtime in the habitat, I suspect ATWFF is doing better than expected.

Ups are for the unbelievable show he put on with his lady love Rachel after nominations, where he did everything he could to insult, belittle and berate her, all in the name of loooooooove. Or so he says. Brendon's talked before about feeling unable to get his father's approval but it didn't seem like he was parroting that kind of talk. No, I'm guessing he was repeating his momma's words of hollow comfort, and it was utterly ineffective. On the other hand, there were hints of what some have termed a potential abusive relationship in the making, but that's a serious accusation that I'll abstain from making here. Let's just say I was half hoping he would attempt to slug her because then he'd get kicked off my feeds.

    Won: $10
She's still the stabilizing force in there and while we'd rather have fights or fun than stability, she does it in such a cute and funny way that it's forgivable. I suspect she'll lay low until the veto comp Saturday and possibly the veto meeting on Monday just to be on the safe side, and then our life of the party should return in spades. UPDATE Overnight upgrade to ups for wearing Rachel's extensions and tromping through the house yelling 'WHO WANTS TO SEE MY HOH ROOM?'

I didn't see much of him until he went on a tirade about the water in the hot tub that proved once again why we need a comedian in there.

    NOMINATED
He's still in there and getting a little more airtime now that he's nominated. He can't tell Kristen that he's not too worried about it so instead he listened to a lot of her haranguing, but I didn't. The two of them had a giggle attack at one point but it wasn't the kind that's infectious, at least not for me.

I don't know how she could lose a comp about cops but she did. She's back to her role of disdainful mom, disapproving everything & everyone from the sidelines, washing dishes, and struggling to stay upright.

    Won: $100
    NOMINATED
What could have and should have been a memorable confrontation with Rachel turned into an apology-laden boring yack that ended with a hug, and the nomination that would have happened even if she'd punched Rachel's lights out. She's probably toast unless she can win the veto or get someone to use it on her, and our feeds won't suffer a bit if she goes.

    Won: $1,000
He tried to perk things up a couple times with throwing rocks at skunks stories, but even he couldn't liven up this snoozefest today.

    Won: $1
I feel like I'm getting so repetitive with these ratings lately, but honestly none of them do much of anything noteworthy. Overnight upgrade to ups for wearing Rachel's extensions with Britney, and doing it deadpan, and for not realizing half of Rachel's hair is detachable.

    HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD
See Brendon. These two are like oil & water and the more they try to mix it up, the more it bubbles up and separates. They're both emotionally bankrupt with no apparent sense of intimacy whatsoever. Their toxic RELATIONSHIP will eventually become very difficult to watch, but for now it's all good. I'm looking forward to her 2nd HOH blog so I can do Rachel Ratings Redux.

I think he had the day off.

He promised chaos and delivered on that, leaving them and us wondering what he was up to most of the time. He was a good early guess for the staboteur but he WREAKED more HAVOC just by being himself. He was early-to-bed & early-to-rise so I missed a lot of what he did, but he brought some Orthodox education, travel companion/fingerbang stories, and he made lots of threats to make good tv that didn't pan out until his final moments.

    Won: $10,000
She promised princessy but failed to deliver, opting instead for poor-me tears, complaints about being fat, and a lot of moping around. But she wasn't all doom & gloom: she rode the slip 'n slide and made fun of her keep-warm sleeping layers, and she was Britney's #1 mean girl cohort. She tried out for ANTM and might have fared better there, as they wouldn't have flashed her boobies.

    13-DAY STABOTEUR
She turned her nomination into the House of Annie and wheedled everyone for days, to no avail. She promised catfights with Britney and Rachel but nothing came of it, leaving her in the 'Who?' category for future BB trivia, even including her stabotage. She's lucky she went early: she might have cracked bad and the chops would get really brutal.
